Just watched a video of an obese lady who has decided to lose weight for her own health. She read her medical documents and found out her doctor documented that she had a fatty liver for years and never mentioned it to her.

Kind of crazy how PC doctors have become where they feel like it's a waste of breath to tell a fat person they have fat on their organs and that's bad.

The importance of cultivating abundance mindset and to have actual abundance:

To be in a position where you can afford to walk away from suboptimally favorable deals and still be fufilled is to be in a position of great power. To have such abundance of good options that you can choose to only engage in deals which greatly benefit yourself and still be fufilled puts you in a position to continue to negotiate from strength. When you can negotiate from strength, you are far more able to leverage a most favorable outcome from those you can bring to the negotiating table.

This logic also extends to women. Very many men in the SMP are negotiating from a place of great weakness. You have many men that are willing to sacrifice everything for the chance at a woman, and you have very many women who can demand nearly anything they want from a large portion of men because of the leverage they have. This shows very clearly where the power balance currently lies.

Women have a natural inherent advantage in the SMP due to on average being sought after far more than men stemming from the fact that as a group men want sex far more than women do. This puts women more in the position to negotiate from strength as what they bring to the table is more valuable.

Now that we know the reality of where the power balance naturally lies, how do we counteract it?:

We have one major saving grace.

People make mistakes.

People do not always act rationally or optimally play their hand, and there are those who do not even know the game is being played. Being that you are at a inherent disadvantage, you need to do everything you can to push the odds in your favor to create an unnatural advantage for yourself.

You need to capitalize on your adversary's mistakes, and do everything you can to cause them to blunder.

How do you accomplish this?

First, continually improve yourself so you have more to bargain with. The more you are able to raise your value to women, the more women who will be willing to come to your table and sit down to play the game.

There is a minimum buy-in, and that is set by the woman. You have to meet their minimum threshold for composite attractiveness, which is some individual calculus by her weighing pros and cons, and finding the cost/benefit analysis and risk to be favorable enough to engage in this game, and deciding that she would potentially have sex and/or a relationship you, if you played your cards right.

Your are your own wager, and she is hers.

You both have expectations, parameters and wants you are looking to have fufilled, and often times those wants are adversarial. A woman wanting a long term relationship and to be catered to is going to be in conflict with a man who just wants a plate.

Now the game begins. As a man of skill, you employ your refined game tactics to get your desired outcome, and perhaps if she is skilled she employs hers as well (most women are skilled in the art of machiavellianism, on average I believe much more than men).

Now, you win some you lose some. For most men, most women will not even come to the table to play. Most men will lose most games, as the woman's leverage and or skill is too much to overcome. But, if you have done all you can to refine your skills as much as possible, to meet the minimum threshold for as many women as possible, and play as many games as possible, you should start to accumulate wins.

This is how you get the snowball rolling. The more wins you acquire, the more suited you are to continue to win due to gained experience, and the more leverage you have with abundance.

Abundance begets abundance due to preselection and women's hypergamous tendencies. Abundance allows you to walk away from any deal which would be suboptimally favorable, and allows you to have more leverage with an implicit or even explicit threat of leaving the negotiating table. A good analogous situation to this is the person who is negotiating with a car salesman, who cannot come to their desired outcome, so they start to walk out the door and the salesman says "Wait a minute, come back..".

Being able to do this as a calculated risk, when successful, will give a greater picture of the true power dynamic, and put you in a better position to have your terms met. It also makes you look more high value, to be able to reject a woman, it may make her believe you have many options, and thus are more valuable. Potentially to the point where she may throw sex at you as a hail mary if the power differential is great enough.

A man who is attractive enough (meaning able to acquire by whole value, including game, status, wealth etc, not just looks) and has the ability get beautiful women whenever he so chooses in itself is attractive, and that is the ultimate goal, but the snowball is rolling long before you get to that point.

Your initial goal is to put yourself in the position to have maximal leverage at every step. This is by increasing your game and SMV (a plethora of more specific material about this already on trp)as well as your abundance.

You should strive to have a rotating soft harem.

You start with games with individual women, you continue to do this until you have several women on rotation. Then you start upgrading them. You drop the ones that become too much of a hastle or could be hotter, and replace them with more favorable options. It starts off very hard, but the more momentum you have, the easier it becomes to acquire more, and the more you can have your demands met until you reach a limiting factor that bottlenecks you, which is going to be different for every man. Some guys are destined to plate Victoria secret models, some men will never lose their virginity. This is just about increasing your odds of success as much as possible. You very well may shoot for the moon and miss but end up landing somewhere among the stars.

I really don't see the use any either gender chasing a person that they are "settling" for. I think how much someone is into you has nothing to do with how attractive they are. Like the fact she's a 4/10 doesn't change how she will feel about you, maybe she will "settle" for you, but is that the kind of relationship you want? So basically don't chase people who you aren't 100% into, especially im saying this to my fellow men. (Of course casual sex is different).

Why do people have such an issue with others describing themselves as nice?

I bet almost everybody here thinks of themself as a nice or 'good" person, whether they vocalize it or not. It's weird seeing some of the interactions on here.

I think the only reason why hypergamy got associated with women is because the effect is so much more pronounced with them; sure, men want the best mate available too, but they dont have nearly as many demands or dealbreakers.

What the fuck do the female regulars on here get out of posting here. I genuinely cannot get what benefit women get from analyzing these kinds of discussions when they seem to largely revolve around how modern dating heavily favors women, and fucks men.

I feel like if you're in a position where you hold a solid portion of the cards, what the fuck motivates you to research and discuss this kind of stuff? It'd be like me reading about and debating how to escape extreme poverty except I'm born into a first world wealthy area and none of this is relevant to me. Like no joke, I genuinely don't get what would get women into these topics.

All of the women I know IRL don't put a single critical thought into dating because why would they? The experiences they want and relationships they want come to them with minimal direct effort.

I was in a pageant, and you actually do learn a lot. May be controversial, but I don’t think a misses should be trans as I think being trans is, in itself, not a feminine trait. There are miss trans pageants for this separate reason.

I'm still amused that people think Victoria's Secrets problem was they were "too sexy" and aimed at men. No you nubbins, they were being out competed by the internet like every other store is. When you ask women online for where to get sexy stuff NO one says VS they say things like Yandi or any dozens of others.

As an update, creepy pizza boss guy still sent me another email this weekend.

There still isn't much difference between a faux manipulative "Nice Guy" and a genuine nice guy, the only real distinction comes from after they're rejected, one will lash out in anger, and one will slink away into the shadows with his tail between his legs. But ultimately they suffer the same fate. The authentic nice guy has a minor advantage in that he doesn't risk gaining a bad reputation but I don't doubt that many real nice guys get accused, or assumed to be faux "Nice Guys", so any advantage is negligible.

Point is, don't ever be execptionally nice. Whether you're doing it as a scheme or doing it as a result of your morals or upbringing, either way it's not going to end well for you.
