On Twitter, I saw this guy Sterling Cooper say this:

"It doesn't take much to be in the top 5% of men. Dress well. Smell good. Lift weights. Don't be a pussy. Have a meaningful purpose."

I'm not familiar with this guy. I don't know his trip. He appears to be some sort of "dating coach." But, putting him aside, what do you think of his commentary?

Is that all it takes to be in the top 5% of men?

Personally, I'd say those 5 things would improve any man significantly. I'm not sure that it's a magic formula or anything. But, sure...exercising and dressing well would help any man.

Curious to hear everyone's thoughts.

EDIT: The top 5% seems too narrow. What if it said top 25%?
