I was told on Ask Men this sub gives fair balanced responses to posts. I have problems with my wife. How do I stop keeping guys around as options?

I am a 22 year old female. I have problems with love and attachment due to a trauma history as well as severe mental health issues. I seek therapy.

However, I find myself “using” guys in a selfish and unhealthy way. For example, I can see someone is incompatible for me and that we cannot be in a long term relationship (even though that is their clear intention). However, I keep them around in case I do not find anyone better. I keep them around for fun and support, draining a lot of their resources. I hate myself for it. I feel like I am selfish and abusive.

I understand women are hypergamous in nature and always seek the better. But where is the limit? Where do I stop? How can I make sure it does not become selfish or abusive for others?

I am genuinely asking.

It actually just dawned on me that steroids is the male equivalent of makeup when it comes to perception from the opposite gender. Men only perceive absurd levels of makeup as obvious makeup and normal amounts of makeup as no makeup; women perceive professional dehydrated bodybuilders as obvious roid users while normal guys that use steroids to have an optimal muscle mass while staying moderately lean (basically female gaze maxxed) are perceived to have a natural physique by them.

Being a bald man is funny because it's so contextual. If you're at least in your late 20s, tall and handsome in a masculine way (beard!), then it's nearly irrelevant.

Buf if you're in your teens or early 20s and veer towards boyish looks, it's a fucking catastrophe.

Debate topic (since this was deleted as a "looks" post, even though looks are only.a small part of it): Males and females are equally (un)attractive to each other until around the age of 18-20.

In my experience, it's not until around university age that average and unattractive women begin to gain SMV over their male counterparts. I feel that high school and middle school boys ignore mid and low-tier girls the same way that high school and middle school girls (and later grown women as well) do with males in the same tiers. Agree or disagree?

If you agree, why do you think this change occurs? My speculation is that gawky and awkward girls learn to style themselves and use makeup right around the ages of 18 and 20 in such a way as to create a good-enough approximation of their more naturally attractive peers. That would also help to explain why this doesn't happen with men, since makeup for men is taboo if they're not in some kind of alternative subculture.

I also suspect that many women's secondary sexual characteristics fill out more around the age range I've mentioned.

Perhaps introverted, nerdy men also just get more desperate around this age when they realize that the platitudes that women will suddenly and automatically notice them in college are not true?

I also suspect that 18 or 20 is about the age when young man begin to internalize the messaging they've received since they could get boners that they should be realistic and not overly superficial when considering possible mates.

Maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong. But I'd be glad to hear your thoughts.

Has anyone noticed that when red pill men complain about how they they don’t like makeup on women, they don’t say anything positive about how women look without makeup on?

The overall message they send is: “women look so bad without makeup on. When women use makeup, they look so much better that they completely change how they look and attract higher quality men. Women shouldn’t wear makeup so that they stay humble and settle for lower value and less attractive men.”

They don’t say anything about how beautiful women are without makeup on. Not a positive word about women’s facial features or natural look.

I have a friend who is a bum, doesn’t have a job, can’t speak properly, isn’t hygienic, doesn’t play any sports or goes to the gym. He has no ambition and quite frankly stinks. He doesn’t know what Red Pill or Blue Pill is and has no idea about game, rizz, calithe watch, status (he doesn’t have status to begin with). His personality is dogshit too.

But he’s super successful on Tinder and with girls in general. And I even talked to women once through his account and since he isn’t a good talker (he doesn’t know the language properly). He’s also very shy and introverted. He’s not good at flirting, doesn’t lay on the compliments with enthusiasm, doesn’t mirror their attitude and interests, doesn’t actively create sexual tension early consciously.

I just don’t understand how he’s so much more successful than me? We’re both blonds and I wore the same clothes as him and still no success? Is it my watch? I have an expensive watch and he wears a poor watch so maybe I thought that was the reason and I bought the same as him but still no success? I just don’t understand I tried everything you can possible think of, I have a lot of money, he makes women pay for the dates and then has sex with them afterwards?

Can someone explain why this is? I tried to do everything he did and also the opposite. Tried to do all the options yet still no success? Maybe it’s my watch, a calithe watch will surely get the women.

Why do women deny that there are in fact certain very good looking men that draw millions of women fans and they never have to care about the women whom aren't so impressed? And that other men below them have to struggle for romantic attention?

Chris Hemsworth at his zenith is never going to want for masses of horny women wanting to wreck his marriage with an affair. Neither is Tom Hiddleston. Your average guy is never going to be this wanted by women no matter what he does. What is so controversial about that?

to become attractive in the first scenario, you need to spend all your money (making you attractive and poor);
to become rich in the second scenario, you need to work like crazy, neglecting your physical appearance (thus becoming ugly and rich).

After working out in the gym for over two years, something has psychologically changed on how I view women.

It comes down to this.

The level of intensity and consistency that I have to exert to achieve results makes me demand more out of women.

Being a slim, young women with a regular job isn't enough.

I've become more demanding and guess what a helluva a lot less thirsty.

I get meals paid for by women who earn more than me, taller than me and have a tendency to stalk me or coincidentally bump into me in public.

If most men put in the effort and reflected long enough about how much effort is involved in developing oneself, they'd be less thirsty and more discerning.

Guys on self-improvement should look to supplement their gym routine with a penis enlargement routine. Obviously building V-taper should be the priority but having a visibly big bulge piques girls' interest from the get-go, speaking from experience. Came up with the term Hottie Haughty, where its hot girls with bad attitudes. Theyre the main Stacies, the ones who treat men like shit for fit their shallow standards. Guys who claim AWALT typically want a hottie haughty, but they’re too prideful to admit to just wanting these shallow women, so its easy to pretend he doesnt have other options.
