“Sex is an action not an object. When I have sex, I do not have any less sex to give to someone else. Because it's an action not an object. I have not lost anything because I performed an action and did not give away an object. I have in fact gained skill by practicing.

I don't get why we feel people lose value by having sex. We don't feel that people lose value as a dancer by dancing with multiple partners. We don't shame musicians who play with many many bands. So why in this one activity do we feel that people lose value for performing the action? In sex we value lack of skill while for pretty much any other skill we value ability derived from practice.

Men say that they don't want women comparing them to past partners. But that's effectively saying that you want a woman that puts up with bad sex because she doesn't know any better. It would be like not allowing your partner to listen to good music so that they don't know that you're out of tune. Sure she might be more content with out of tune music if she doesn't know any better but that's not actually a good thing.”
