I do agree with a lot of this.

I use to give blood and gave 30 plus pints over my life. At the last appointment a female nurse said that men had to lie facing a wall so they did not look up female blood givers skirts.

I was shocked and humiliated and am never going to give again.

Society really does not care about men and boys at all. They see you as a resource to be used and abused.

You can count the charities that specifically help only men and boys on the fingers of one hand.

Men we are expected to "serve and protect" women, for little or no return, but at high risk to ourselves.

For example: In Australia, country fire fighters are 95% men with the token woman on the team usually on the communications hub with the +50 yo brigade captain who can't be in the field because of a shonky knee.

These guys are unpaid volunteers who fight bushfires, yet every year a couple of them die horribly when their fire truck gets caught up when the wind changes. That's an extreme, but look at all the junior sporting coaches that put in hours to coach junior sport, then one of the fat bummed mums gets her back up that her little Jane didn't get enough court time, so she spreads a rumour that he is gay or whatever.

Volunteering is a risk. When men volunteer they put themselves at high risk due to jealousy and other factors.

The girl I was seeing for sometime never cared, she just wanted my money, the people you meet everyday who play the “I’m in need of help” card and then not even acknowledge you once you help them, and then the insecure males who want to act tough and intimidating but only people they can rely on the police to save their ass. It’s all just pointless and not worth turning the wheel unless it serves you. This is my moto from now on, society doesn’t deserve anything.

I feel the same way, giving up on helping out mainstream society definitely makes sense. But I think there are ways to help out suffering men. Helping the homeless or helping veterans are good ways to help out men forgotten by society (if possible help them directly and not through organizations since these will probably direct the funds away from men). I'm not saying you're obliged to do this, but if you ever get the desire to help, there are some (limited) ways to help men.

I think they want to push out men with strong values and influence from society, to deliberately destroy it. Think about it. You’re exercising strong values by suggesting you want a fair relationship with society, and you are being strong enough to respect yourself and walk away if those terms aren’t met, BUT, that is exactly the goal.

If I truly want to break up with someone, and have them not talk to me again, isn’t it a smart idea to make them upset with me? So I use their strength of character to make them walk away from me, and I get what I wanted.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not sure there is a right answer to this. It’s just I would think if there is hope for society, it would have to do with grabbing the reigns instead of bailing off of the horses back. I think that the people trying to push you away need to be pushed away, not you. But I can see if that’s to much of a challenge to undertake.
