Why did you link a report which is about helping couples return to a pleasurable sex life which heavily implies in fact foundationally that women can and do enjoy sex? I'll help you break this down:

Stress - They're saying women often won't want or enjoy sex if they're incredibly stressed out. (TRU). If you alleviate the stress, they will once more want and enjoy sex (TRU).

Pain - They're saying there are lots of reasons which can suddenly happen to women that causes them to find sex painful instead of pleasurable (all are fair and tru). If you alleviate these, they will once more enjoy sex (tru).

Mental illness/psychological pain - they're saying there are lots of mental reasons why a woman won't enjoy sex that can be fixed so she would enjoy sex (tru).

Low Libido - This is a multi-faceted issue that can be addressed so that women enjoy sex or want sex again, which suggests that women enjoy sex in the first place. You don't go to a doctor or therapist about not enjoying sex or not wanting sex if you didn't kind of want to get back to enjoying it and wanting it.

Trouble with arousal or orgasm - Pretty much the same as low libido here. It suggests that you are struggling to enjoy sex, which is not the same as not enjoying it. It suggests you want to fully enjoy it, which suggests you know that is possible and want to get there as a woman.

Speaking personally as woman: Yes, I enjoy sex as a physically and emotionally intimate sensation very much with my partner. It's wonderful, blissful, and truly astounding how great it can feel when everything is flowing right and working right.

Men need to stop lying to themselves and making this insistence. Do you really think you'd want and enjoy sex if you were at the highest peak of stress you can possibly imagine, like can't even get hard levels of stressed which is real? Would you enjoy sex if your dick was constantly being hit at a bad angle that hurt or your balls were getting mashed or a woman tried to get on you with zero lubrication of any kind and it was just a dick mashing experience? If you were in a mentally unwell state where you could barely get off the couch and were plagued by anxiety you'd just love sex? Low libido don't even get me started. And if every time you had sex you didn't get to finish and were left with blue balls you'd be in? If you couldn't get hard because you weren't properly aroused, you'd just say let's do it anyway?

This article doesn’t say women don’t enjoy sex, it’s a medical article talking about some reasons why some women might not enjoy sex at certain times in their lives and what can be done about it. If it were normal for women not to enjoy sex this article would not exist.

What I would say is that because of the nature of women’s anatomy and PIV sex, most women physically do not get a lot out of just intercourse. But this is only an issue if foreplay and other types of stimulation are not sufficiently involved.

I can just tell you that many women love sex and they have lots of it with men that they like. Not for "what we get afterwards" either, I have often had sex only for the sex itself. Among hominids, it never much mattered whether females wanted sex. Sex would find them. So while a female sex drive doesn’t hurt, it’s not critical to the survival of her genes.

But male hominids without a sex drive simply won’t reproduce, and their genetic signal would tend to die out. So evolution supported a strong sex drive in male hominids.

So today in modern humans we found ourselves in a pickle because for many women (not all) sex is a so so proposition at best. Evolution didn’t give her a high sex drive. Many women will consider sex maybe if he’s a high status male, and especially good looking, or wealthy, but if she can’t obtain that, she can live without sex. Whatever societal pressure there is to pair up and reproduce is rapidly disappearing. If she has her shit together she doesn’t need a husband. So she doesn’t pair up and reproduce. Why should she?

(And of course this is happening throughout developed countries and our fertility rates are dropping through the floor.)

I watched a really redpill movie for the first time recently and it basically wrung out the message that women have sex strongly for both reasons (pleasure and resources), but it also has the undertone that the former is done only very scarcely, and out of the pursuit of her One, and this I believe is the case.

Women only bond with one man, after which they either are kept by him or cast aside. After that, sex may become a comfort mechanism, or a bargaining chip, but it is nowhere near as desirable.

But to take experience from my own long term relationship, she had a ravenous sex drive in accord to her monthly cycle. She wanted sex with me more than I did with her, but that’s a testament to my anxiety and guilt for cheating on her more than to my sex drive being inherently low.

My girl also had never had sex or any coital behavior - not even getting rubbed through skirt - prior to me. She was not a porno viewer or sexual hedonist. She developed her idea and experience of sex with me, and it came to regular points of being very high, again, by her cycle usually.

She was and is not an exploitative woman, she is not sexually damaged, she is young and breeding age, and yet she enjoys sex very much with the man she loves.
