Go to the gym and do the absolute basics. 4 hours a week. Get a short haircut (or one that looks great on you) 20 dollars a month. Buy the basics of a presentable wardrobe. Stand straight, free. Shower every day. Almost free and takes 20 mins. Grow beard and groom, free and 5 mins a day at most. Eat right.

Thats it.

In 6 months to a year you’ll have a better body than most and fit the standard archetype of dating material. And no, this is not selling your soul, you stubborn child.

Why do some men walk around overweight or super skinny and hunched over with awful hair and bad beards and blotchy skin and still complain? Its really not hard or expensive to look at least almost as good as you can.

Edit : regarding physique. The guy in 50 shades of grey is considered peak attractiveness. Yes, he’s a billionaire, but he’s also fictional and designed to be the absolute hottest. If being super jacked was what aroused women the most, he’d simply have been written that way on top of everything else
