Your post reads like you thought you could get an older woman because you hoped she was a safe bet. You were shocked an older woman said, “No thanks. I’ll pass” to you.

If you believe your own post, then you getting rejected by an older woman must mean that you had a canon event. You learned that your own self value is grossly inflated from your own delusions.

To remedy it, you can get yourself a second job, earn more money, go back to school, and spend more time reading and learning new subjects or skills. Also get into shape. It helps. You will need to convince all women that you approach for temporary relations or longterm relationship that you also have a decent value

Women just aren't interested in most men sexually. It doesn't matter how low their value decreased, they don't see a benefit in being with a less desirable man, it does nothing for them. Unless he has something to offer that she can't get on her own, there's no point in the relationship.

If an older woman happens to be just as beautiful or even more beautiful than a woman in her 20s because she herself was a hot, gorgeous woman in her 20s and now has become more wealthy, more financially independent, more wise, more resourceful and knows more about what she wants in a relationship, then she will not go for what she did two decades or a decade ago.

A high value quality woman in her 30s or late 40s or even early 50s knows her value. And unless she can get equal or greater from a man, there’s no point. Because on her own, she can provide for herself better than a man who doesn’t have the amount of discipline or success or influence that she does.

It’s not even that… my ego has only started to become inflated now that I’m 40. I was very self conscious when I was under 30, my 30’s were a time were I started to realise that I don’t really give a shit about what others think and now that I have hit the wall (happened somewhere in my mid to late 30’s but I also take good care of myself so it wasn’t so bad) I actually have a newfound sense of freedom, and yes that has inflated my ego somewhat. I’m enjoying it.

I got married in my late thirties to a man 9 years younger than me who is incredibly handsome, tall, and is a Petroleum Engineer with a PhD who makes well over 6 figures. More importantly he is the most respectful, kind, and intelligent man I've ever met, who treats me far better than any other man ever has. He treats me like a queen so I treat him like my king.

I wasn't looking for the "666" thing and didn't even know it existed until recently from reading the sub but I got it. I would not have it if I had settled for the guys that proposed to me when I was younger.

I know someone will ask what I bring to the relationship so before you do, what I contribute to the relationship is that I make my man feel like the only man I see. If he is having any problem or issue, I try to find any way to help or support him. I want to make his life easier and better in any way I can. He does the same for me. I trust him completely and I know he trusts me. We can talk about anything. I know what he is going to say before he says it. We are best friends. I am an excellent cook and baker, and I make him his favorite things. I am a former gymnast who has stayed in shape. I look 15 years younger than I actually am and when we first started dating we didn't realize he was younger until a couple months into the relationship because our ages never came up somehow. We met in person through a common hobby/friend group. I'm a biotechnologist who specializes in human organ and tissue banking and he really appreciates my ability to match him on an intellectual level. We both love music and dancing together. I am very organized and keep things clean and organized for him. I sew and knit and fix his shirts and stuff. I am always very affectionate with him. There are a lot of other things but those are some of the basics.

I won't lower my standards as I age because I'm happy single and my standards are the things in a partner are the things about him that would make me more happy than being single. Just having a partner wouldn't make me happier. I think most women are okay with being single unless they find a partner they want. They aren't going to lower their standards because even though they might want a relationship, it is a certain relationship they are looking for. Men treating women as low value at that age will probably reduce the likelihood of women wanting to date.

You are delusional to think those are representative of "women". 70% of women in that age range are in committed relationships with mostly average guys who would not meet high standards. A lot more are going to be in relationships during that age bracket. Most of the rest are single by choice, not for high standards. And a tiny rest fails to get a relationship because of delusional requirements.

Yet you completely focus on them, thinking that is how women in their 30s and 40s are. This show how delusional you truly are.

This post is actually correct. People SERIOUSLY underestimate self-rationalization and self-delusion.

Online male nerds thinking women will "wake up" or whatever to "truths' they have determined... hilarious. People choose what they want to believe, to get to the next day, every single time. With few exceptions.

Most Women never "realize" they hit a wall or whatever, or got old, they just slowly receive less and less attention from men and keep rationalizing it all away with pleasant thoughts. The problem is that women don’t believe this affects them: women think they are being treated well when they’re younger women due to their personality, femininity and charm.

So, when they get older, these women reason that their personality, femininity and charm has improved or increased - therefore they will be MORE attractive to men.

Unfortunately, as I’ve seen in real life, women find out the hard way after a middle age divorce or long relationship breakup - that they were never treated well because of their personality & charm - it was primarily due to their looks.

This realisation is a very challenging and bitter pill to swallow for most, if not all, women. And some men lie to women when they’re younger to avoid admitting that, so SOME men are partially responsible for this.

Younger women are (mostly) naive to this fact and will often look down on men that don’t receive that same treatment as her (because that young woman falsely believes she’s being treated well due to her personality - so she reasons people must be treating him not as well because he doesn’t have a great personality like her).

This is adjacent to the ‘Halo Effect’.
