It's people who enjoy the personalized interaction and appearance of exclusivity of OnlyFans enough to pay for it. People, men especially, have been paying for that stuff forever. Whether it's in the form of escorts, strippers, or hostesses. I doubt it's that large a percentage of men who pay for OnlyFans just like I don't think an especially large percentage of men goes to strip clubs often or frequents prostitutes.

I see others talk of the exploitation of lonely men but there are other far more lucrative markets that have sprung up as a result of the alienation and loneliness of modern life. Twitch streamers, podcasts, YouTubers, the internet's filled with monetized parasocial relationships. I understand people's distate for it but their ire should be aimed at our capitalist society, not at sex workers getting rightfully paid for their labor.
