So generally when this happens I've heard horror stories of Domestic Violence being used. She might be recording as well to provide proof of the sex. No audio, so she'll be asking you to "harder" and such. Any bruises you leave from the rough sex.

So my ex moved out, forced herself back into the house.

Then for a month tried to have sex with me, to "repair" things. And FYI she'd also said a month or two after she left again when she showed up drunk, that I was lucky I didn't have sex with her as then she'd have claimed rape.

The legality side too is that she can then go to court and say we made up (had sex), after the break up and she'd moved out (ie 1 year). Therefore she could have claimed we were back together and that 1 year didn't count in alimony. (which would essentially restart when she left again)

The other side of it with my ex, when she left, was "she was going to try and be off on her own again"
