And I don’t even know why they see it as a “weapon”. Stealing, forcibly taking, denying personal agency, these could be weapons. Saying “no” regarding your property is not an offensive attack. It’s a defensive measure- it’s pulling back in response to an attempt that would not be in her best interests, just as a businessman would do should negotiations break down to where the benefits are not worth the liability. The difference is these men find it to be appalling that women would act in kind. Because those are the kind of men that do not see women as people. They probably see it as insulting as having to negotiate with a monkey.

It would be like someone wanting to come into your social club, who has made it clear that they will not respect the rules of the space. First step isn’t to shoot them, it’s to bar entry to a place where they are a risk for doing damage (or simply won’t take their muddy shoes off, or whatever your standards are for the space). I mean geez, even high end sex clubs vet before allowing entry. And they charge! And there are no guarantees of an encounter! Honestly, I don’t concern myself with men who say sex is being used as a weapon, aside from staying safe from them. It’s just language designed to try to guilt women into delivering a bargain, because they know the cost of a proper sex worker is going to be a lot higher, and the validation lower.

So, perhaps this defensive measure doubles as an educational tool/homework for the ones who have the ability to grasp concepts such as “standard”, “values” and “negotiation”, but it is not an attack. Not a weapon.
