In my experience, so many polyamorous relationships are emotionally stunted, imbalanced, not to mention unhealthy. I see it in both homosexual as well as heterosexual relationships- but it’s way worse for heterosexual couplings. A woman does not benefit from having a partner who is likely emotionally and physically unavailable.

The only reason this is seemingly being embraced by society is because it is a rich, popular, good-looking couple. Just like when the 50 Shades of Grey series suddenly made S&M "normal". Yea, fuck Will. I’m not buying his sad act. Anyone who has watched his stuff knows he can cry and sniffle on cue. He’s been cheating on her for years and he pretty much forced her into marriage. Jada didn’t want to get married, she told him over and over and he was the one who chased her and pressured her into it. See I did the poly thing and for the first few months it was great. I have abandonment issues and having multiple people to go to for attention was good...for a while.

The deeper bond, the feeling of security, those never surfaced. So, in the end I just felt used.
