They're both conservative/trad, anti-choice and mumble all day about how women should get married and have kids instead of going to work. Predictably, r/redscarepod is populated by incels and migtoes.

Anna is a chain smoking ketamine druggie alcoholic who had multiple abortions;

I think the meme is referencing the fact that Anna doesn't even own a bed frame and sleeps on a dirty matress on the floor despite making 20k a month. She spends it on shitty designer clothes and her boyfriend instead.
