An innocent person going to jail to fight a perceived greater threat: it is that person's responsibility to support the fight against the perceived greater threat - they do not have a right to freedom or presumed innocence, they have a relationship to the patriarchy and thus some culpability - there are no rules to follow to protect anyone, judgment of this person should be based on their gender - there is nothing impartial about the feminist system.

This is why it is so fucked up. Pointing out each individual case of this bullshit isn't addressing the really fucked up part of feminism - read about feminism itself and see just how messed up it really is.

As shitty a thing as this is to say, bear in mind that we often accept the "price" that others will have to pay.

Most consumer electronics are made by virtual slave labor - that's a price that we're willing to pay for smartphones.
Most cheap clothing is produced in sweatshops - that's a price we're willing to pay for wal-mart polos.
Lots of us want to raise taxes on the rich - that's a price that we're willing to pay for things like healthcare, and roads and stuff.

We should focus less on that she's willing to pay, and more on what she's willing to pay. Sweatshops, for example, are sort of a mixed bad. Things need to improve there, sure, but it's not the absolute worst thing in the entire world, and many people would suffer if they were shut down. Rich people have plenty of money, and taking a little of it would hut them only a tiny bit, and help everyone a great deal.

But she's willing to utterly destroy people who have done nothing wrong, by her own admission, in order to achieve a goal that can't even be properly defined.That's a very dangerous way of thinking.

Basically, she is defending the view of 'believe the accusers' by addressing the counter-argument of 'what if they're innocent?'

The point is that because harassment forces a lot of women out of their careers, their is a net benefit to believing the accusers, even when taking into consideration that some men might be falsely accused. In other words, more careers would be ruined by dismissing the accusers rather than believing the accusers.

In another follow up tweet (which i couldn't find because her account is now protected) she explicitly says she doesn't want anyone to be falsely accused of anything and agrees that it is of course a bad thing.

Ultimately this is another example of something on the internet being presented without context to further a specific narrative (in this case, an anti-feminist narrative)
