A common explanation for 80/20, male simping, women's high standards, etc is that men have higher libidos and are more desperate. RP/MGTOW would have men reduce their demand for female sexuality by simping less.

My question is, could you address this issue by increasing the supply of female sexuality? If women became hornier as a group, would that give average guys more of a chance? Then, when inevitably faced with the choice of holding out for Chad and going home alone, or dating Billy Beta, women might choose Billy?

How could society increase women's libido? Well the most reasonable way is via birth control. The government could offer a subsidy on birth control that has all of its usual benefits but also makes women hornier. It could be justified as a program to increase population. Some countries already offer tax credits for every child a couple has, this is the same idea.

I like this idea because it does not have the same moral issues as restricting women's choices via forced monogamy, societal shaming, etc. The uptake on this policy could also be tweaked by increasing or decreasing the subsidy. I suspect more women would sign up if this subsidized BC also improved sexual satisfaction (e.g., made it easier to have orgasms).
