What gets me is people think its ok. its surgery and hormones and that decision should not be made when someone is seven, a lot of young children play with boys stuff and girls stuff, its part of learning, but if your 7 year old son likes to wear a dress sometimes, he does not need to be mutilated to fit your fantasy, and they can commit suicide later in life. these people are narcissists.
