This post is mostly half baked ideas, just want to hear what others have to say

It seems like in order to be successful while dating, you will inevitably make some women uncomfortable. Obviously, there are certain lines that can’t be crossed.

I don’t think I can explain it well, but men are most of the time expected to “chase” meaning they go after the woman. What some women find creepy others find sweet. For example, walking up to a girl at a bar, it can be hard to tell if a woman is just being nice and doesn’t want to talk or is shy. Another example I can think of is when you’re trying to be intimate with someone. Men are expected to make the first move, and unlike what Reddit or someone with autism will tell you, communication is not always attractive. Asking someone if you can kiss them would be a turn off for many women, so sometimes you just have to go for it. Some will find it attractive others will view you as a creep. The final example I can think of is the general idea of being persistent. If you talk to a lot of married couples, especially older ones, the woman says at first she turned the man down, but after a few attempts she gave in. Not sure how this fits into people dating now a days, but being persistent after a no seems like a big no no.
