Because some people don't want to. That's literally it. And because those people don't want to, every discussion devolves into who has it harder or which gender is worse. Women will never understand what it's like to be men, and men will never understand what it's like to be women. Inevitably you'll have some people on either side who will write off the other sex's problems as nonexistent because they haven't experienced it.

It sucks, y'know? But the grass always seems to look greener. Still, there are a lot of people here who are empathetic to the other side.

Because it's logical. If you are oppressed solely because of your gender then the oppressor have to be of opposite gender - unless you consider your own sex doing some kind of self-sabotage. It doesn't really matter if the oppressor is of higher social class - the class struggle is a separate topic addressed by other ideologies.

That is why it is a ridiculous idea that feminism is fighting for equal rights for all, there is not a single thing where feminist have been proposing reducing any female priviledge in favor of men.

The ruling class does not make women hypergamous. If anything, it makes them less hypergamous. Women also dictate who the ruling class is through sexual selection anyways, so they'd still be responsible. In fact, I'll go further and say all of the problems with both sides are actually created by women - including feminism. There's only so much I can take in terms of hearing these people whine about the patriarchy and gender roles being the fault of men as if they aren't part of the female sexual strategy. No one reinforces these ideas more than women do.

I honestly do not think women have, as a whole, decided whether they can trust men enough to consider the genders 'on the same team' or 'in it together'. Victim mentality, solipsism. The majority of people believe the world revolves around them and everything negative that happens to them is somebody else's fault. This mentality is often diagnosed as NPD, BPD etc and considered as a rare phenomenon, but I honestly believe that over 90% of people are biologically wired to think this way.

It's as if the majority sees the world in the first person with blinders on, and just a small percentage of people can see the whole picture without bias or judgment. Many people project their emotions into the world as concrete facts, ignoring logic and rational thought in order to desperately cling onto their delusion. I believe that this is a built-in self-defense mechanism that humans have had since prehistoric times, and that it can't be reprogrammed via therapy or self-reflection even once somebody becomes aware of it. Only a few people have the ability to separate their emotions from reality and are open to having their views challenged.

There's disenfranchisement caused by institution and disenfranchisement caused by culture.

To fix both you would need heavy top-down control of both economics and socialization, and there's no market for that in America at least, due to it being founded on the concept of freedom.

The people favor freedom in different avenues but few are willing to relinquish it entirely. You have liberals, conservatives, and libertarians, but virtually no full statists here.

Since I can't find many people who want to fix every problem in society I'll stick to focusing on the ones that irritate me the most. Cooperation has to be reciprocal.

There are financially successful men in the manosphere still struggling socially. They're above most institutional struggle but hammered hard by modern cultural dynamics. I've yet to come across very many willing to tackle the issues of both oppressed groups and neglected groups at the same time.

Other people have provided good answers but I wanted to target this part specifically.

Here is my take on things---whether you agree with the concept behind it or not, I think western society has entered what I sometimes call the "Age of Atonement".

There is an increasing awareness that our society was, at least in part, responsible for committing pretty horrendous atrocities against large groups of people as a matter of national policy and just overall operating procedure. Catastrophic violations practiced against people with no more thought than swatting a fly or taking a piss.

Now, there is this frantic, almost panic driven push to "make things right". The good parts of that are dismantling negative social policies, apologizing for past actions, etc. All that good stuff. But I'm not here to talk about the good stuff.

There are also unintended consequences of this state if affairs. One of these consequences is that people who belong to groups formerly victimized are now given somewhat of looser reign on their behavior, the way you'd give a man with a crippled leg nd chronic pain more room to be an asshole.

This is part of why women can say such vile and hateful things about men and even do some pretty messed up stuff even to their own male "loved ones" and there will be a collective blind eye or even applause by society. Because bad things happened to people who shared their gender in the past, so we should accept the righteous fury of the current generation, right?

Because of what I mentioned above, victimhood has become a coveted resource.

It gives you power to bypass a lot of the negative outcomes for socially unacceptable behavior, it gives you a large wellspring of support for your causes and issues (even insincere virtue signaling support is still support at the end of the day, with tangible benefits).

But of course it is a finite resource because everyone can't possibly be a victim, just like not everyone can be a billionaire. Or, to quote Syndrome: "When everyone is special...no one is".

So like every other resource with a finite amount, humans fight over it viciously and will not stop until they have secured the resource in question for their specific group.

Now, this is my very detached take on things. I don't think everyone participating in the "Oppression Olympics" is thinking with this level of cynicism. I think a lot of people are very "in the moment" and genuinely believe that only they have the right to be victims. But ultimately I think what I just wrote is the foundation of this particular conflict.

Everyone has problems, and some people have more problems than others. We all have problems due to systemic issues we have little to no control over as individuals and can only meaningfully address together as a group.

For example, ableism. You can be a cis, het white American man who grew up in wealth, but still suffer unduly because of society's stigma against your disability and the general lack of accommodations for it. This would be compounded if you had other systemic problems on top of this one, and chances are you have a few.

Wrong. TRP is not a counterpart to feminism. Feminism sees things as they should be and wants to create a world that reflects that via whatever means possible. TRP sees the world as it is and seeks to capitalize on what they want by exploiting those actual weaknesses.

TRP doesn't rely on others to carry out its beliefs. It is self contained. Feminism relies on others to carry out and forcefully enforce its will.

There's definitely a divide and conquer strategy by the ruling class, which is reflected in both red pill and centrist (blue pill) ideology. IDK what you mean by "new age feminism," though. There are definitely radical feminist traditions which see the oppression of women as deeply connected to the oppression of the working class and of minorities under capitalism. And of course, there are liberal feminists who are really only concerned with letting women play oppressor as much as men do.

But e.g. racial oppression is part of class oppression. In America, blacks built the country but were excluded from the wealth they generated, first through slavery, then Jim Crow, red-lining, mass incarceration, and other tactics. This has a benefit for the ruling class, because no matter how badly white workers have it, they can look at black workers and say, "well fuck, at least I'm doing better than that guy." And that stops white workers from joining with black workers, because they see themselves as higher status.

So the struggle against class oppression also needs to include the struggle against racial oppression, gender inequality, and other types of oppression.

It's not oppression Olympics if its reality. In dating, men in general do have it worse than women, men are lonelier than women in general and men are hated on by society in general. And these statements are facts, they are not a "wo is me" statement. Its to expose the double standards that exist in our society and get rid of these discriminations against men. Would you think it was the oppression Olympics in 1800s when black people were slaves? Or in 1900s when racism was rampant? Were those opression Olympics or did a group of people did had it hard and a solution should've been found. It is the same now, acknowledging that a group of people do have it harder than the other and find a solution for it.

We have limited resources and deciding how to use them is important and unavoidable.

YOU personally can avoid making those decisions...but someone will. And this segways very nicely into your idea that 99% of people have no responsibility in large scale problems.

If 99% of people genuinely decided they wanted a specific change to the system...it would happen basically overnight regardless of what the top 1% believed.

Don't get me wrong, the people at the top aren't great or even neutral...but almost everything they do is only possible because we allow it and we allow it by believing things like "I can't single-handedly change that so I'll focus on things I can single-handedly change".

Yeah....I'm not entirely sure all the incels have never had relationships with above looks match women. So I don't really feel much compassion for those types.

Life is inherently absurd and meaningless, but culturally and psychologically, we aren’t equipped to deal with that, which leads to people seeking to search for and create their own meaning. One of the easiest ways to achieve this is to cast oneself as the helpless victim railing against an all powerful oppressor, and in the absence of real oppression, this charade can itself become absurd, i.e., white middle-class people of both genders engaging in a game of perpetual one-upmanship with regards to who is the most oppressed and who is the biggest victim, with each side seeking to control and dominate the other in order to give a semblance of meaning to their otherwise empty lives.

So, OP, even if you could somehow wave a magic wand and solve great Red Pill/Blue Pill debate once and for all, it would ultimately make zero difference because the people you saved would soon find something else to complain and squabble about.

Let’s get one thing clear first of all. Equating Feminism to Red pill is a false equivalency and trivialises Feminism. Feminism is a Women rights movement, a fight about rights and freedoms.
