What would society look like if men were less horny?

Let's say that libido among men dropped by 90% at the year 1 AD. What would society and civilization look like today, 2000 years later? My guess is that we would be way more technologically and socially advanced than we are now. For one I think dating would be far more egalitarian, and I think women would be a lot safer as well. I think libido is generally a serious liability for men, considering it causes some men to do things like this. In my view that money would be much better spent getting a gym membership, taking a coding bootcamp, or otherwise just improving oneself physically and mentally. For the most part a high libido doesn't even help evolutionarily for humans, since the bottleneck for K-selected species like humans isn't even in the act of reproducing, but rather the time and resources to raise children to maturity. In the wild, many K-selected species such as birds of prey are quite monogamous, and while a bit of cheating might happen on the side, it's almost never to the point of causing the chicks in the primary nest to go hungry. The amount of energy that goes into procreation and egg making is small compared to the amount to raise the chick. Likewise with humans it's better (both for you and your society) to invest in yourself and improve yourself as a person over simping and chasing girls.
