The state doesn't care about any waiver of responsibility between the two of them. The state will come after him immediately if she ever files for benefits and the courts won't won't consider the agreement if she decides she wants him to pay child support......

We all have to do what we have to do to get by in a crazy world. To judge an individual you usually need a lot of context.

But in general kids do better in two parent homes with a male role model. How much they need their bio father is hard to say. How much of the advantages of two parent homes is about just having more money and adult worktime vs. man/woman/family thing is also hard to say.

Lots and lots of women have children alone now. They shop for an guy with good genes on FB or something more official and boom!

Those are usually the same women that are stuck in situationships all their lives.

Mid women that prefer to raise a kid alone from a Chad than to marry a mid men like her. Classic story as old as time.

Advice to mid men: avoid those women at all cost. There's no bigger red flag.

I would consider her batshit insane for trying to have a biological kid at 47. If she succeeds, that kid will be playing a defect roulette with unfavorable odds. She should adopt.

I don't understand why she'd want to subject herself to being a single mother on purpose, let alone her kid to fatherlessness. It will also mean she'll be nearly 70 when the kid reaches adulthood. So also relatively insane to me.

The age gap is weird, but they are both adults so whatever.

23M. I don’t want to have kids but if I ever got a women pregnant than I would do everything in my power to be a part of that kids life and be a supportive father.

I’d question how ironclad that contract is. I read about a case where some lesbians did this and despite having a contract with the guy, they still sued him for child support. Some states have it written into the law that it has to be done by a licensed physician.

Seems like a fetish but if this is true and her intent is a child both her and the man are stupid. Her because trying for a new kid at 47 as a woman is incredibly difficult and raising them is going to be a hard especially if her son acts like you said. The guy is stupid because contracts like that are not legally binding and he would still be on the hook for child support if he didn't go through the official sperm donation route

Not the craziest thing I've heard women doing. Good for the guy for finding a loophole allowing to get some of gynarchic tithe back (even if not for the same guy who earned it). The only downside is that if she gets pregnant, any family court will wipe with that "contract". In most places, child support cannot be waived even with a prenup, and "old-fashioned" impregnation is not considered donorship.

She's nuts if she's not working and living on 10K of child support. Plus the fact she is trying to have kids at 47 is near impossible and considering her approach, probably is mentally unstable and has zero long term concerns about the future.

At that age, she should adopt if she wants another kid. I know in both situations she’s taking on the responsibility of a child, but I still think it’s crazier and more selfish to try to get pregnant in her situation.
