The fact that he is so sure that she is using him without presenting us with ANY evidence like things shes said or done shows that he believes they're relationship is entirely transactional. He is using her for what he feels she provides, like sex, companionship etc, and is absolutely out to squeeze as much as he can out of her while giving as little in return as possible. He assumes this is how everyone acts in relationships, which is also why he thinks offering this "low payment" to sleep over is a good deal. He does not love her, nor is he capable of it. Are his utilities going up by $416 a month since she’s been staying with him?! ($24 x 4 nights/week x 4 weeks/month). He should check for a burst pipe at those prices. I sublet my guest bedroom and didn’t see any noticeable rise in utilities when I added an additional person to the apartment full time.
