I just don't find beards that attractive, especially considering hygiene. Did you know "beard dandruff" is a thing? I learned that recently. On a date. With someone who seemed hot and put together. I shudder. I would maybe go for the beard on the bottom left, because I can still see part of his face. Then again, it will probably just give me a rash on my face. Ick.

It costs nothing and men don’t even need to shave daily, just trim it a little. For older men, beards hide the marionette lines at the sides of their mouthes. Beards also guard against ultraviolet ray skin injury completely for free.

Beards are whatever if you like beards and are confident enough with his looks with/without a beard then go for it. I will step up on my soapbox: all beards are pubes and I don’t want to touch or have contact with face pubes. Face pubes are often unclean and no amount of beard oil will change how poorly washed a lot of them are. The trimmings if not cleaned up get everywhere. The crumbs/dandruff and lord knows what else in them is just flat nasty. In short: I will not date someone with face pubes.

Beware of hatfishing and beardfishing…I fell for both!

One guy I briefly dated looked super cute with a hat on. Once the hat came off…yup, you guessed it, he was half bald in his mid 30s.

My abusive ex looked good with a beard. Once he shaved it off, 6 months into the relationship…the weak jawline and double chin came out and his nose looked too big for his face. Just not an attractive face.

If I ever date again I want to know what they look like without a hat/beard. I prefer clean shaven men with a nice full head of hair anyhow.

I don't think the dark-skinned guys are one and the same, though. While the eyebrows match up 100% and the hairline is very similar (and might be the same if the right-hand picture was taken a couple of years after the left-hand one), there are some notable differences:

ear shape (left: almost straight ear profile. right: lower part of the ear sticks out)
eye shape (left: each eye is almost symmetrical, but slightly smaller towards the nose. right: eyes are significantly smaller on the outside than the inside)
nose shape (much wider base on the pic on the right)
skin tone and lip color (rosy-dark versus just dark)
lack of lines ont he forehead on the right (which, according to the hairline, would have to be the later pic)
there's a line below the eyes (especially noticeable under the right eye) - the line's angles don't match. (steeper than diagonal on the left pic, less steep than diagonal on the right)
