I know it an be frustrating because women like sex too (you won’t ever hear me say it’s only for men). And it can be easy to think you’re cheating the system by having fwb with men. But the fact is, even if you don’t catch feelings - you still may catch an std... but also, you still see the man as a human, and naturally have empathy for him, because you’re not a fucking psychopath. Whereas men, well they will say it’s because they can separate emotion and sex, which is all well and good at face value as so can women... but what they REALLY mean is they don’t see you as a human. They see you as an object. And they will use you and abuse you and discard you with absolutely no remorse, as shown by your post.

There won’t be any “this was fun, let’s remain friends” or any actual respect for you (yes, he’s telling his mates how well he’s got you manipulated and wrapped around his little finger with no effort and no commitment).

I love that false dichotomy there in the last one from the logical sex. Either women aren't equals, or you can treat them like garbage. Funnily enough they don't advocate that the other way around, or even for men to treat each other poorly "because they're equals." "We're equals, so we should treat each other as poorly as possible and lie to each other" is a textbook example of a non sequitur.

Most women are way too smart for any of this. More male fantasies and delusions that they have any power in romantic and sexual relationships. Entertaining, but irrelevant.

edit: The context of where you found this is important. I would guess the red pill or perhaps MGTOW, though the former is more likely. Most guys are not this open about these things, and most aren't even aware when they are doing it. It's like an instinct to many LVM/NVM. They've noticed what they instinctively do and are trying to take credit for it like it's some brilliant plan. It's not. HVM will overcome these instincts and eventually won't even feel them anymore because that's not who they are.

I'd recommend not hanging out in manosphere subs because it's a bunch of men patting themselves on the back for obvious basic things and poor behavior. It will skew you into believing that "AMALT," which is exactly what they want you to think so you settle for them. Out here in the real world, there are plenty of HVM who don't act like this and would laugh at these guys right along with us.
