If he would rather put a condom back on but fears he will not be able to please her or it will be less pleasurable for her, that's rape.

Really not trying to make light of anything but we need clearer objectives standards around most of this and where we can't, there are some valid points and considerations where awareness is more than fair but not sure that's really rape. Otherwise, we can all go down this rabbit hole, most of these are only assumed as such because of preconceived gender dynamics and double standards, we don't have to have or allow those, and this is what some of it looks like.

^Here's the context on where this graphic comes from. Took 5 seconds to find, and worth reading before formulating an opinion.

TL:DR - Somebody wrote down 19 scenarios, asked people to rank whether they thought each example was rape or not on a scale of 1-100, and then plotted the averages. Sample size was a little over 5000 people, and about 80% of the people who filled the survey in were male. Theres a little discussion after of some of the voting trends based on things like age and gender.

Also worth noting, the above link has the specific phrasing of each scenario which add a little more context, and the author doesn't make any claims about which of these scenarios are or are not rape.

One interesting thing is that this image approximately demonstrates the "history" of how the word rape has been used over time.

Initially rape meant only the most extreme cases, but because the word evoked such a visceral response in people activists, politicians, and other interests began expanding it and using it for more and more things. Many uses today have become absurd beyond all measure but female privilege and the feminist lobby have such power they can keep cramming new things in there.

The fact that this exploits the suffering of victims of actual rape and ultimately dilutes the the power of the word seems lost of them. In a culture of victimhood, attention seeking, and zero accountability it's turns into a feeding frenzy; hence ridiculous things like the above.

At age 19, a female coworker my now husband had no interest in (and was a bit older than him)

In the UK the legal definition of rape is penetrative sex without consent. Said no, it's rape. Unconscious, it's rape. Underage and so not considered to have capacity to consent, it's rape. Too drunk to have capacity to consent, it's rape.
A lot of this is abusive but not technically rape.
Consent requires capacity AND a realistic ability to say no. Being pressured, harassed, or groomed could go far enough to make it non-consensual, but that would be case dependent.

IMO a yes is yes and nothing else is. Doesn't have to be overtly said, but just not saying no or not resisting isn't enough - fear can render people incredibly passive. Actively enthusiastically engaged or it's a no.

It ain't a "spectrum". I'm guessing someone oversimplified to squeeze down to fitting on a single infographic, and with that, a whole lot of inaccuracies (and other sh*t) occurred. Not at all atypical when someone tries to take something data that's large, complex, and varied, and tries to turn it into some highly simplified presentation ... accuracy suffers, ... sometimes a whole helluva lot.

Yes, rape can have a spectrum, same as every illegal action. This is a progress step for our society.
For example we have involuntary manslaughter, but we also have a heinous murder.

Indeed, we have the concept of statutory rape, where a cinematic concept with force is not necessary to define something as rape. Ideas such as coercion and reduced ability to consent are modern legal concepts and in their essence they are correct. Imagine having a daughter being raped in her marriage and no-one doing anything. Or a teacher having sex with your underage daughter.

The problem stems from 2 sources:

the other legal concept that boils down to the burden of proof (popularized with the phrase legal until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt) is often times disregarded. It could be done with good intentions (rape can be difficult to prove), but then again... filling up the evidence with our ideas results against justice and gives ample space for abuse by people who are ready to lie (sometimes without even realizing because of pshychological reasons).
The laws (and prevention efforts) are not being applied and modernized for both sexes, but they rather correspond to the oldschool idea of a forcible penetration. In that case a man would be more probable to commit rape and less prone to be raped by a woman. Nonetheless, when an idea such as "coercion" is involced, then a man is equally vulnerable to a woman to be raped.

Moreover the male against male rape is receiving minuscule attention compared to the male-female rape, though equally distructive.

"Having sex with an unenthusiastic sex worker", " has sex to make partner happy in a relationship", "person with down syndrome eagerly has sex with a neurotypical" - these should be 0 TBH.
