FDS concept of High Value is just highest utility with lowest risk. Basically a rich guy that won't pump and dump. But from my reading they are just a "Me First" as any TRP.

Both approach the opposite sex as generally antagonistic which I think is right though not as extreme the others. So both create strategies to get out both parties their desired goals. For one group sex the other resources/security.

Really it's a business negotiation. Which is super boring and dry but if you don't buy and sell businesses it can feel dramatic because you have nothing to compare it too.

It's probably a byproduct of the hypergamous vs the polygamous impulses of women and men respectively. Hypergamy naturally makes a woman think that there are a very few good men out there, even if they think most of them are unattractive at best and disgusting, terrible people at worst.

On the other hand, polygynous impulses makes it easier for men to seemingly think that all women are the same as a justification for the morality of trying to plate and make a harem out of as many of them as possible. The average natural polygynous Chad probably likes women on at least some level, though, or at worst thinks they are neutral instruments to aid in his sexual gratification, while the average manospherian groups all women into a category of dislike due to his past difficulty at obtaining sex with them, and calls his ideal woman a "unicorn" that doesn't actually exist.

It seems like a perspective issue. Both groups are identifying low value and high value partners and strategies to avoid low and aim high. I think it would be dishonest to say which sub is MORE sexist.

Both subs has their own meta-language to dehumanize the other gender. Femoids vs Moids. Roastie vs Scrotes. HVM vs the "Unicorn." Their objective is to create the meaner, badder straw-man and project it onto the other sex.

Now, I'm going to generalize, but here's my 2 cents of these subs. The main difference between FDS and TRP is the mentality of abundance and scarcity.

TRP believe women have an over-abundance of partners to choose from. Thus they can practice hypergamy. Therefore, don't be a "beta." or LVM.

FDS believe most men are not worth being partners to, because they believe most men are low value. Therefore, don't be a "pickmeisha." or "the orbiter"

I feel like judging by their value system TRP would never date women from FDS, but FDS MIGHT date someone from TRP, but NEVER from the Incels. I say MIGHT for TRP, because TRP and FDS definition of a HVM seems to coincide. Men should be confident. Men should not be clingy. Men should have their own path and not make women his main goal in life. They might differ as to who gets the bill/split, but it almost feels like TRP and FDS want the same THING. HIGHER VALUE PARTNERS.

For the regular person here who's looking to swallow which ever pill. MOST people are not like these two groups. They are called extremities for a reason. So please, if you see the opposite sex and thoughts like "femoids and moids" start to appear. SAVE YOURSELF. You are starting to internalize all that congested bitterness, and making it become a part of your personality. NOBODY likes being around bitter people. Reduce your time on these forums. They are not there to help you, they are there to drag you down to hell with them.

I'm on FDS a lot and the core of it is really filtering through fuckboys and not letting men use/manipulate you. Dating is a joke nowadays and FDS just helps women to navigate through it. I personally came up with a lot of their ideas on my own before even finding out about FDS. Men are fine; however I have a strong resentment towards red-pillers, but it doesn't make me hate them, just avoid at all costs

FDS absolutely believes all men are fundamentally flawed, they just also believe that the "HVM" can rise above his flaws. The problem is that an HVM is entirely too subjective to even properly qualify beyond the "be a functional fully formed human being" prerequisites. When put up to any sort of actual scrutiny an HVM is just an LVM that ticks enough boxes that their partner will ignore/explain away the rest...

Maybe it's distinction without a difference. There are men on TRP that hate women and there are women on FDS that hate men.

Even if there is the concept of a 'high value man' on FDS, the whole premise of the site is misandrist and focused on extracting the most value out of that man. The premise of that concept is an unequal, subservient role that the man has to be in.

So the misandry is not as transparent in FDS as the misogyny is in TRP, but there are haters in both subs.

FDS is misandrist. But it retains the idea of the HVM rather than implying all men are interchangeably useful in limited ways because the ideal of women in the sub is to eventually get that elusive HVM to commit and stay with her forever. If you want to keep a man around forever but are generally misandrist, you have to have some split thinking going on (i.e., “men in general are bad, but HVM are an exception”). This is a gender-swapped equivalent of the “you’re not like other girls” trope.

Since TRP men mostly don’t care about keeping a woman forever in a LTR, there is no need for a layer of “but occasionally women are worthy” to plop down on top of the misogyny.

I have problems with both TRP and FDS, as they devalue people to functions and objectify even those people, who are supposedly their partners. They turn relationships between people into the context of "what I can get for the lowest price" and although it can be practical, I'm not sure about it, I think it's more harmful for both sides. If you see your theoretical partner only as a set of useful functions, I guess it would be pretty hard to see them as a human being and build any meaningful deep connections between you too. As a result both of you would suffer from your mindset.

TRP focuses more on self improvement, working out, and breaking down the “women are wonderful” myth. Yes, women may see much of this as misogynistic and many comments can be that way, but the philosophy is one of self improvement where the philosophy of FDS is manipulating men for resources.

TRP will tell women on the forms to occasionally fuck off. FDS will ban and block a man from posting, just because he is male. Which one is more discriminatory? Which group activity attempts to make sure the other gender doesn’t have a voice?

Because "misandry" is not a real thing. There has never been a society where women oppressed men for their gender, the way men oppress women in patriarchies. Even in "matriarchal" societies, like the Mosuo, men are not controlled by women. They are largely left to fuck off and do as they please, mate with who they like etc. In patriarchies, on the other hand, women are literally property.

No matter how much women complain about men, they will never have control over men , the way men can have control over women. Heck, despite what TRPillers claim, men are actually HEALTHIER AND MORE SATISFIED in feminist countries than in patriarchal countries.

TRP and FDS are just two sides of the coin. To say that one is worse than the other stems from your own personal bias. Even as I’m typing this, I’m deciding based on my own personal biases as someone who follows TRP. I’ll admit, a lot of TRPers are misogynistic and that’s fine, everyone has their own reasons. A lot FDS are misandrist and to oppose that after scrolling through the sub will only confirm my point.
