I posted this earlier today: https://www.reddit.com/r/PurplePillDebate/comments/mpg97b/how_much_is_love_worth/

In order to gauge what people value more, loving relationships or financial wealth.

As expected, I found that most people would chose to be loved rather than be given a lump sum of money. Numerous studies have confirmed that once you start making more than 75k (varies by cost of living), you don't become a happier person.

I think we can agree that men have more privilege when it comes to accruing wealth (men make more money, taken more seriously in the workplace, etc.) and that women have more privilege in finding relationships (women have a larger social network, easier to meet opposite sex, less likely to be single).

So if ultimately what people value the most is relationships, and women have a far easier time getting them, than aren't they overall more privileged in life? Meaning they are more likely to get whatever everyone values the most in life and therefore have a better chance at a satisfying life.
