This is what I’ve done before lol…

Use the length of your hand as a measuring tool.

Have a make out session and start running your hands all along their thighs and crotch. Sometimes when they get hard it’ll sit like along the length of the inside of their thighs, know what I mean? While you’re doing your little over-the-pants-rub-job, maneuver your hand so that your palm sits where it feels like the base of his dicks is and fingers are straight up along the length - take note of where it feels like his tip is in relation to your hand; base of palm to first knuckle? Base of palm to second knuckle? Etc. When you’re home, measure your hand. Works best when the guy is wearing pants made out of thinner material lol.
