That’s actually why I’m here. I’m in a happy, loving, stable long term relationship but FDS is the only truly feminist space I’ve found on the internet where I can safely read feminist issues and talk with other feminist women. I used to enjoy one of the other subs for women. But lately it’s been inundated with men giving their points and Sex Workers pontificating about being “over paid therapists”.

We don't share that we're on FDS for a reason. It's not safe - just ask any mod, they get death threats regularly. It's not safe in general, and even more dangerous when it comes to sharing with men on reddit (who tend to be particularly unfortunately placed on the spectrum of "low value").
Edit: Another thing is, just in general, if a man doesn't "get it", you drop him. HVM don't need to have fucking "devil's advocate" debates or need to be "educated" or need to wear you down with emotional labour about the ethics of paying for dates or going to dinner or any other dumbass misogynist talking point. They know and they agree. Anyone else is not your problem, and quite frankly, we "wait at the finish line" for a reason. Put your own self-interests first, and keep that bar high in solidarity so other women can hopefully wade through less shit on their way to find a decent partner.

Aside from the great points other ladies have mentioned about safety and how he’s likely approaching this in bad faith, isn’t there something in the handbook about not discussing dating strategy with men? It doesn’t keep them from finding out our strategies as they can read the sub or website or listen to the podcast, but we shouldn’t be wasting time trying to justify our standards to anyone. The handbook also says to not spell out too much of what your standards are when you’re talking to a potential date, for the same reason we don’t discuss our trauma - we don’t know yet if he’s someone who will use this information to future fake, hide his red flags, or manipulate us.
