Red pill taught me critical information about frame, shit tests, and male-female social dynamics (women tend to be more agreeable and compliant, men tend to be more disagreeable and competitive, women tend to seek out the strongest most high status mate, men tend to seek out many young/attractive female mates, etc.). It helped me make sense of the world in general and why humans act the way they do. It's been quite helpful both for short term hookups and for long term relationships.

It helps in any circumstance because it’s about taking what is useful and applying it to your life. If you need to apply a bit of dread to get things back on track then so be it.

It did not. The reason for that is that the AWALT thing that so many red pillers preach and live by. It generalizes women when the actual reasons you get rejected are specific to the woman doing the rejecting. RP refuses to accept that the devil’s in the details and tries to generalize and quantify something whose variables are basically infinite.

Red pill helped me stop dating 100% as a Woman. But I think for Men/Women there are lots of decent ideas mixed with many toxic and crappy ideas / beliefs / people. Many damaged and sociopathic people within the RedPill spaces. I also think it's important to challenge my own beliefs and find RedPill interesting.

I don't hate modern dating as a childfree woman. I just don't like dating in general lol. But I love the idea of relationships and romance. :)

Before such a thing as red pill even existed, about half of what they now say is what started getting me women in orders of magnitude more than the way I was before.

I can now name it as blue vs red. I can only subscribe to less than half of it, a lot of no pill, and a tiny tiny smidge of blue. If that smidge grows my success declines rapidly.

This is likely swayed by me being generally a bit rugged and attracting women who like a bit rugged.

TRP has helped immensely. I dont date higher numbers since i adopted some of it but i certainly date higher quality. If you think of it as a gameplan or a checkbox it vastly improves your life in every single area.

It doesnt improve the womens lives probably but thats not my problem. They have feminazi advice for that.

My dating success improved exponentially when I adopted a RP mindset. At the same time, it has also made me jaded on women as AWALT.

But yes, it helps for both. Exuding a dominant, masculine aura is attractive to women. Taking the lead is attractive to women. Being unapologetic is attractive to women. Being non-agreeable is attractive to women. All of this stuff works. I've focused on the gym, I've been driven to earn more money, and in general my life has improved a lot.

I respect any man teaching the RP, whether that is Andrew Tate, Rollo Tomassi or whoever else. Everyone delivers the message differently, but as long as it reaches some man somewhere and improves his life I am in support of it.

I am "ex-redpill", so I don't even know if I qualify to answer this. However, I have experience in dating with the redpill mindset. For the dating itself, it helps, but in retrospect, for the wrong reason. It gives you an easy excuse for when the date goes wrong. You can instantly think of statistics that "prove" that it is somehow societies fault for setting the standards to high, or the fault of your date. Because AWALT, right? In that sense, the red pill works as a protective armor But in the long run, the red pill is not helping. First of all, most redpillers make the mistake of incorrectly applying statistics. As my math teacher used to say, statstics don't tell you anything absolute about an individual. As soon as you are with a woman, she is not probabilistic anymore. And if she drops you, it is not because of some trait that supposedly all women share, it is because she chose to do so. It doesn't help citing the 80/20 rule or anything. Also, when you date women with the mindset that they all share some behavioral characterstics, why even bother chosing one? If they are all the same, what's the pount. When I understood that, I stopped sympathizing with the red pill and started dating simply with the aim of having a good time. And I am now in a happy relatuonship for 3 years. Long story short: The redpill can give you a confidence boost and help you deal with rejection, but I believe it is ultimately not a good thing for dating

I think maybe they think it does but I disagree. I saw a Twitter post the other day of a conversation a girl had with a guy where he asked her if she wanted to go out on a specific night, she said she was meeting friends that night, no rudeness in her reply. The guy replied something along the lines of “don’t waste my time, have fun being poor while I’m gonna drive a Bugatti”.

He immediately assumed she was rejecting him, when she could’ve just honestly had something on that night and proceeded to ruin his own chances. I think red pill just makes guys immediately assume the worst of women’s intentions and then proceed to get in their own way by assuming every girl is only after their money. That guy probably doesn’t realise that his response was unnecessary and she didn’t actually reject him, but as far as he’s concerned if a woman replies that she already planned to meet friends when you ask her out on a specific night, she’s rejecting you.

One of the tricks was the “tampon challenge” the girl you were on a date with would come up and say “I just me Fiona in the toilets and her period has come early. She doesn’t have any money and I have left my purse at home (yes I know already….)” so oh course you are conned into passing money over and if you say “bad luck to her” then you are obviously not BF material.

Red pill ideology didn’t help me at all. It’s a pretty bitter, resentful, destructive one. Red-pill sociology helped me massively. Really provided relevant/somewhat accurate frameworks for social hierarchies and interactions that the general culture would not highlight as true or legitimate.

It’s like talking to a depressed person, they see so much more truth than the average or optimistic person. But taking on their depression is not helpful. And they are inaccurate in over correcting into the negative a bit. Not as inaccurate as the average though.

I already had money, muscles, game and frame before I even knew about RP. When I was newly single, I found I didn’t need to message first on Tinder, I’d wait for them, which puts me in the 4.5% of men. I’ve had sex on every first date including 5 first dates we had sex in the car in the parking lot of the restaurant. I had 4 women coming to my place for sex from 1-5 times a week. So at least once a day, usually twice a day sometimes three times a day with different women, I didn’t buy them drinks or food or take them anywhere. They just came over, got fucked and left.

My gf latched onto me and invested in me. We had sex the first date which was at her house. She background checked me before and we FT twice before we met. We’ve had sex 2-6 times a day since December, usually two or three times. She’s 12 years younger than me, very beautiful, gets proposed to weekly on her IG DMs, has easily 15 orbiters that would wife her in a second, and told me early on that it was obvious I didn’t know my own value and that I was the best she could hope for. The first video is saw by Owen Cook was literally titled “will you take the red pill or blue pill” where he went up to girls in a club acting either beta and sheepish or alpha and confident and recorded their reactions. This really opened up my eyes to relationship dynamics and how I’ve been looking at women and dating all wrong. Real Social Dynamics had some great information regarding game and dating before they changed their brand and deleted all their videos. I was able to sleep with a many more women after practicing and internalizing their ideas. I can get into relationships easily and have the abundance now to choose from a larger pool of options.

I’m in an amazing LTR (1 year) and I plan on proposing soon. RP definitely helped the two of us.

For me, it helped connect the dots on a lot of things and provided a framework on red/green flags to look out for as well as how to handle certain situations. Also by sleeping with/dating so many girls before I met my gf, I got the “reps” I needed to build my confidence and masculine frame.

For my gf, she doesn’t know what RP is but she essentially agrees with it. She always thanks me for being a strong and capable leader/provider, while I appreciate her role of being a feminine woman (she loves cooking and being supportive/compliant). She also rejected hoe culture and was a virgin until we met. All these qualities made me want to retain her and not smash and pass her like the other girls I met before her. She was adamant on dating for marriage, so she was really selective on who she dated. Safe to say her dating strategy worked for her.

RP gets a bad rep but my gf and I are incredibly happy and we have a healthy relationship.

Red Pill didn't help me, I helped myself way before finding it. My experiences and lessons simply resonated with the information in the culture.

Is it fulfilling? Not really but it's not because I'm redpilled. I can always just make the decision to stay with a woman for longer. But I usually ended them all because women have been more of a liability than a value add to my life. Not worth it for me.

For me it's just better to be FWBs with women because they aren't dependable enough to ever take seriously. It just relaxes any expectations so I can appreciate their company.

By far the biggest benefit of it in my experience has been the increase in my ability to recognize which women are going to waste my time.

In terms of whether knowing these things has made me more attractive, I don't know, or I'd say only marginally. In my experience it's more to do with grading the quality of opportunities than creating more opportunities.

What it definitely has done is prevent me from sinking time into women who were only marginally interested. The ROI on that is ruinously bad. You're either it, or you're not, if you're not, you never will be. Anything other than an immediate and enthusiastic yes is a no.

I'm not going to call self improvement 'TRP' cause it's not exclusive from it.

It helped me mostly by teaching me what NOT to do if I wanted to date. I agree with the effectivity of most TRP tactics, though I don't apply them and when I do it's not conscious. I'm for the most part not the kind of man who could apply everything from TRP.

Some stuff which absolutely worked for me: 'abundance', knowing and believing there were other girls to not fall into oneitis and indirectly making girls feel jelous or thinking of me as more succesful. All I had to do was honest talking about girls of my present or my past, in a smart way, obviously, not to compare or to show you are not over someone, just for funny talking about dating experiencies and men/women dynamics in dating. It's a normal conversation subject.

The window. There's a time window where you can seduce a woman and date her. If it takes too long and you waste your early chance, you get friendzoned. This is true in most cases though some women take a long time to fall for a guy, those are women mostly looking for stable relationships.

The one who got away. If you dare breaking up with a woman or accept the break up like it's not a big deal she's absolutely going to obsses with you.

Boundaries and walking away. It's not good for your relationship if you always look like you are about to leave, but it definitely helps when she realizes you have boundaries (fairly reasonable in my case) which can't be disrespected, the consequence not being just that you get upset so it can be fixed and negotiated later...no...the consequence is that I calmly walk away as I stop respecting and loving that woman the way I used to. She can feel it and trust me, she will be sorry and will fix it and respect your boundaries, specially considering that you most likely were right.

Being the one who leads in a social environment. This is honestly ridiculous. The louder you are, the more you talk even if half of what you say is dumb, even if you run out of creativity and your jokes become more and more embarrashing... It's that energy to make plans, that energy to start the conversation and to keep it alive, that energy to prove you are a social force... that's what they want. I don't like making a clown of myself or trying too hard but it's clear to me that 20 half assed jokes are more effective than just one good joke, and talking about silly stuff is better than not talking at all. Normally, you want to bring quality over quantity but my point is that being social in a very active way makes a big difference. Of course all of this doesn't apply to you if you are a Chad looking type and for other guys being more quiet but mature and funny works better but for average guys it doesn't.

Active sex life. If sex is good she's mostly fine unless you have lots of other problems, mainly those money related.

And well, there are many things that I learnt to not do, mostly not whining, opening too much, being emotional and so on... There's a context where everything fits but most of the time it's just a bad idea.

Oh and I have had varying levels of depression for pretty much all my life, that's something they absolutely won't like so I don't lie about my problems and my habits cause I just don't like lying, but I'm definitely not bringing such subjects early in a relationship and assuming it will lead to the break up sooner or later but hey, I already do my best, I don't need your advice on how to be less myself and more what you'd want me to be in that sense🤷

We as men, are not born with the value to attract women, we must create it in order to get what we want. And it takes time. Money takes time. Muscles/being fairly fit takes time. Understanding game can be done in a second, but applying it takes time to learn. In 10 years you can change. The benefits of the Redpill are not immediate. Using make-up can have an immediate effect. Most women notice that. You women encounter different hardships, including the one to preserve value. And you start losing value ( In ThE dAtInG mArKeT ) after 30. We are just different, and I don't see why we should have the same hardships.

For me, The Red Pill is not a "guide" to get women, men who get women don't need a guide to get them, they just get them, so beyond advice like "improve", "lift", "dress better", "be more good looking" and "grow a pair" (underrated advice ever, I tell you) all the rest of the things are crap IMO.

In my (humble) opinion, TRP fits more the description of a praxiological metha-analysis than an ideology or a "must-do" list, what I mean is... The advice is really crappy, but on the other hand, their description of the dating world is really spot on.

Actually, it's really, really accurate. And I say this as a 33 years old guy who gets with different girls on a regular basis and also has lots of friends who can't get any, and I mean 0. None.

Of course, you have lots of useless categorizations and generalizations in between, like "Alpha" and "Chad" or "Beta" or "The Wall" or whatever. Most people don't really fall in these tinny and monolitical boxes and even if they do sometimes they can fulfill one of these roles in one situation or with a given person and be the complete opposite in another or with another person, like, I myself have been the Beta dude or the Simp for some girls and also have been "that ex of my girlfriend" for another dude that was having nightmares about me.

But overall, and in a hiperbolic sense, yes, there are two kind of men out there: the ones that are really succesful with women (a minority of men, yes) and the ones that don't.

As in any other grand-scheme of things, the dating market has actors, and as in any other casting, you have main roles and extras. Denying the true scense of any game, this is, that there will be always winners and losers, it's useless. Someone has to lose in order for other to win, even when I believe even the losers can win from time to time.

Will the losers be happy with that win, after having lost so much? Will that pirric victory worth all the pain? Will some men, be it the winners or the losers, ever be happy?

IDK.

As far as I've been able to understand, TRP is more useful as an instructive manual, not like "you can fix your bike like this", or "you can build a better bike like this"...

But more like "your bike works like this. Give or take. Enjoy the ride... And wear helmet."
