One of the most common critiques women give men (especially in younger ages) is that 'they're not mature enough'. I see this all the time and I think women viewing themselves as more mature is entirely unwarranted.

Yes, it is true women mature faster in childhood and teenage years, but by the time you are an adult this disparity is gone. Women in college years are about the same as men. I often notice that many more women (especially in college and right after) are more immature because they tend to get familial support for much longer than men, or can find a man to take care of many/all of their expenses. Yes, some men get this too, but, in my experience far more women get parental help for longer as that is just the way it is.

On the narcissism point, its insane to me that women who are in their late teens or twenties will actually view themselves as on the same level as a 30+ year old men, and women typically desire this age bracket for what they presume is a similar level of maturity. How smart and with it can you think you are to believe that your maturity is on that level in such large numbers?

The definition of 'maturity' seems very meaningless as well. The only thing I can think of is women only date cads that are sleeping around, and dont realize they are doing something to attract or get involved with men not into commitment specifically. I also think that women view having hobbies/fun as immature, although guys can do this as well to a lesser extent. Liking videogames or something doesnt make you less capable of having responsibility.

Not sure if everyone agrees, but this trend is annoying.
