Yep and I have done it.

But the shorter the dude, the more I've noticed that he views me being short as a negative. Really tall men love that I'm tiny, they get off on the contrast and think it's cute. Shorter dudes have internalised that being short is a bad thing to such an extent that they project it onto women, too.

ETA: The guy I had a massive crush on throughout Uni was 5'3. I think height doesn't matter too much if you have charisma.

Would if I were single, and have in the past (I don't think any of the guys I dated were taller than 5'7" if I had to guess. I'm also not short for a girl or anythin, 5'5" or so.

Absolutely. My husband is 5'6" (5'7" on a good day :) and I'm 5'9". And he wasn't the first short guy I've been with. Don't get me wrong, I love the tall too, but there's just no reason not to love the short man. I always SMH when other women rule them out. But they've still got to have a spark and be handsome, whether short or tall.

Specifically I am into guys who are around my height 5'3 and up to 3 inches taller. Also ok with them being shorter but once a guy goes below 5'2 it starts to look like he has a medical condition

I'm 5'6" and like my men at least 5'4" and 6 feet or less.

I would not rule out anyone significantly shorter if I was dating though because it's not that important. I prefer dark hair over blond too but it's hardly a deal breaker.

I had a huuuuuge crush on this guy I worked with in college who was like 5'5. I'd have dated him in a heartbeat but he had a girlfriend (who's now his fiancée - and she's very pretty, and taller than him.) I still think he's one of the most attractive people I've ever seen, his face is literally perfect. He also gave zero fucks about his height, and that confidence was really attractive.

I'm 5'5, almost 5'6, so we're essentially the same height. It doesn't bother me and I find him attractive. I don't like some of the looks we get tho, judgy people bug me.

Not only would I, I even prefer a shorter guy to a taller guy. I do prefer someone who's a bit taller (2-5 inches) than me without heels, but being a bit shorter is no dealbreaker to me.

Over 6' and our height difference becomes weird. I don't wear heels often.

Yes I have, and I absolutely don't mind. Admittedly, I'm 5'8" myself, which means lots of guys I meet are shorter than me. I think that my height/slightly shorter/slightly taller is perfect, I mean, when I date, I want a partner, not someone who dominates over me in every aspect, so who even cares. I also think there is something sexy in avarage height guys dating really tall skinny models.

My ex was a shade taller than I am but not noticeably so... I also out-massed him by 30+ lbs (which was actually more of an attraction issue, I've never had an issue with short, there are some really cute short guys). We had some shared interests but his total inability to handle normal social interactions killed it for me.
