If a woman is truly, naturally attractive - attractive without makeup and other appearance-enhancers - does she have to "try" in order to get into a relationship with a devoted boyfriend or husband? Does she ever even need to download a dating app? Does she need to do all those things people advise singles to do to meet potential partners? In other words, does she need to do things like go to Meetups, join clubs, take classes, go to a church, go to parties as a strategy for finding a good man? Does she even need to think about meeting men? Or does she simply live her life and get bombarded with male attention? Is all she needs to do go to the grocery store, go to work, get gas, etc. to find a guy because they seek her out almost everywhere she goes?

I ask because I get very little male attention, and many people have recommended all kinds of stratagems for me to find someone. However, I'm kind of disappointed that I have to compensate in so many ways and go out of my way to find someone. I wish I was like the pretty women who seemingly just have quality relationships fall into their laps. I wish I didn't have to "try" - both because it would make life easier (who doesn't want that) and because it would mean that I'm naturally, inherently pretty.

If I were actually pretty, would I (under normal circumstances) ever need to download a dating app, or is this a compensatory measure for my lack of attractiveness?
