A lot of women complain that men 'don't put in effort anymore' and that's just not true and I don't think the complaints are valid.

Some complaints might be they don't plan nice dates, they don't dress up they don't do a multitude of things women think they should do to show effort. But what they don't see, or rather ignore, is that men are putting in effort but it's being wasted.

Picture a couple scenarios:

  1. You meet with a girl either on a dating app or irl and plan a date. Everything is fine but then last minute they bail or ghost.
  2. Online dating, imagine matching with the same people over and over, needing to start over each time.
  3. You try to communicate with a girl and they lead you on, or don't allow anything to progress for arbitrary reasons.
  4. You go on a date pay, and the girl puts zero effort into having or even if it a good time, nothing comes out of it.

Now imagine that happening for the majority of your dates over and over. It's a damned if you do damed if you don't because chances are, women arent going to approach you. Would you really want to continue putting a lot of effort in when the only thing you get out of it is a loss of energy? I've heard women complain that they have spend an hour or so getting ready (they really don't) like it's a huge deal. So women shouldn't complain about men not putting in effort. They should complain about women who don't appreciate the effort men put in.
