Funny that you write this because I just had an encounter with a redpill “woman” (someone told me they are trans, which is relevant), and they were complaining about not really being acknowledged by most men. It made me think of how these types of women are rarely wanted by the men they try so hard to defend and appease.

Every woman should have the right to believe what they want, but outside of potential financial gain, I cannot see any benefit to a woman being male-centered.

I think you're completely glossing over the significance of "getting attention online". She has a brand, she's been on Piers Morgan, H3 Podcast, these are big names in influencer culture. She's making what I assume is good money and even here she has people talking about her. Is it rewarded sexually? Maybe, maybe not, but it's clearly rewarded financially.

We don't even know that she really believes what she's saying. I just read her Wikipedia page and her views are basically rehashes of long standing red pill narratives (like soft-polygamy). It wouldn't be far fetched to assume that she read these and decided she could sell them better than other people had.

I doubt she's doing it just to get a guy.

Looks and intelligence matter, but so do other traits: likability, social ease, being able to handle rejection without giving up or getting bitter, having interesting hobbies, sense of humor, being kind, extroversion ... all of these make you more likely to attract and keep a partner who is well-suited to you.

I think "high-value" is a garbage concept, because there is not an objective sliding scale for how "good" a partner is for everyone. I would find Jeff Bezos a very LOW-value partner because I don't want a sociopathic weirdo no matter how rich he is.

I guess I'm too out of the influencer loop to know whoever you're talking about, but let's just take a step back and consider what sort man women tend to find attractive for a second: he's rich, high status, influential, ambitious, and has the whole money and career thing completely under control. Maybe he's a millionaire entrepreneur with a successful business, maybe a doctor with his own practice - you fill in the blank.

Now imagine the sort of woman that that kind of man wants. Is he also likely to want a woman who is ambitious, career motivated, and money-driven? Probably not, right? That's his specialty. He doesn't need someone to help him run his business because he's already built it from the ground up by himself anyway. If he wants money, then he already has as much as he wants that he's already earned himself. So a career-driven woman doesn't give any benefits to this kind of guy.

But now think about what this guy is likely to be bad at. What was the opportunity cost of him throwing so many hours into his business when he was younger?

That's why the sorts of men women want want tradwives. They're looking for someone to make up for their weaknesses, not double down on their strengths. There are guys out there that chase after ambitious career women. We call those guys "men who are insecure about their own ability to make money".

I know three such women in real life. All three are married to attractive, masculine, borderline (or outright) rich men, and have been for quite some time. All of them have multiple kids and active social lifes.

That's anecdotal to be sure, but I've never seen evidence to the contrary except for women who do it online for an audience (which inherently undermines red pill theology.)
