I have the LVX actively blocked atm and he doesn’t have FB because he said “it’s a recipe for disaster” (funny how when his “ex” he lived with found out about me she made him one and started posting in her social media like crazy) and surprise, I never met his circle so we have no mutual friends.

However, last we spoke about a year ago he:

Was being investigated for insurance fraud (old case or new one, who knows?).
Had a fire in the house he lived in with his “ex” (I may or may not have been thinking and praying especially hard the day it happened that I didn’t want him living there anymore).
Was staying on his brother’s couch.
His business was declining.
He was in constant negotiations and disagreements with the ex (and her mom) over finances and lawsuits and god only knows what else.
His already bulging belly was getting more bloated and he looked 8 months pregnant.
His grey hair was receding according to my daughter but I didn’t see it ‘cuz I was still love blind despite the abuse.
Very likely facing jail time..he’s 52...
Still drives by my job to stalk and taunt me, how “happy” could he be that he still feels like he needs to be a part of my life no matter from how far?

For me I have:

Signed up for a 401k and stock options at my job.
Have gained some weight (more energy for weight lifting) but it’s mostly muscle and in all the right places. I feel great and get a lot of compliments and even from women which is way better, imo.
Opened up a bank account.
Started taking better care of my health and seeing the doctor now that I have “health insurance”.
Getting my driver’s license fixed by myself since ex scrote was adamant he would do it for me.
Putting more energy into cultivating more healthy relationships with the people that matter most in my life and are willing to meet me at the same level.
Collecting research on opening up my own small business for my 5-10 year plan.
Staying single (not even dating) so I can know myself better as I have never been single after the age of 10 and I can make better decisions on whom I allow into my life and not be hindered by “loneliness” or “bordem”.
Have excelled greatly at my job and have received many accolades and recognition and am working towards getting licensed to operate any machine I can.

I found this sub about a month after I had to cut contact with the ex scrote and it has done absolute wonders for my mindset shift and helping me to shed my pickmeisha skin. Thank you , ladies!

I really have no clue what most of them are up to due to block, delete, and ignore. The ones I do know about I've heard through the grapevine (both now deceased, one from heavy alcoholism and the other fentanyl poisoning, both scrotes' social circles blamed my leaving) and one NVX husband I coparent with. NVX husband made himself an i*cel, Alex Jones conspiracy theory, Trump supporting, red pill scrote, no one wants to date him and he doesn't understand why. He was complaining that OLD isn't working for him because women don't want low effort communication, and that the women of the age group he wants (18-24) don't want him (he's 51, fat, hairy, short, pornsick, broke). I'm so happy that no other woman will have to suffer with him.

I literally legally blonded an ex (they dumped me because they had decided they were destined to become a successful XYZ in City A, would do BIG THINGS, and would then become a prestigious political position, like secretary of state - and I was not "political wife material" - I was opinionated, I was a dual science/art degree holder and not his clearly superior political science/econ degree, I expected the same amount of support that I was going to be providing as we pursued educations and then careers, etc.) This was after I had done the last pickme move I ever would in my life and attended a law school that was prestigious but not my first choice, just so we would be in the same city...Soooo after he dumped me....

I ended up becoming a successful XYZ in City A, and he struggles for any kind of career traction (and has dead-end bf'd several girls after me). he didn't even bother to find out that I was a debutante from a "prominent" family (w/e that means) before dumping me, and thus I was EXACTLY "political wife material" (we met at an Ivy League college where I was pursuing a dual degree FFS), and he wrote me a pathetic 7 page "I fucked up I want you back BUT ALSO I EXPECT AN OPEN RELATIONSHIP AND I WONT MARRY YOU AND HERE ARE MY TERMS" spew, and I didn't even reply, blocked and deleted, etc. He doesn't even have the comfort of knowing if I ever read a single word.

I only know about his life because we ran into each other at a mutual friend's wedding - one where I was at the core friends' table, and he was relegated to a separate room - and he just HAD to fumble all over himself like a dipshit talking about how he just got laid off AGAIN, how he misses me, how there's no hard feelings, etc. All I could say before pointedly walking away from him was "Don't worry, it's beyond no hard feelings, there are no feelings whatsoever. I am far too busy to think about you. Why would I?"

I didn't even do it on purpose, I just worked hard and oops! I have earned everything he said I wasn't even worthy of watching him earn LOL.

I kissed a guy I met in college at three different parties. We never had sex or anything, just had a date together where he didn’t even try to kiss me. That was no big deal for me, he only seemed interesting when I was drunk lol

A few months after I stopped seeing him, I found his Twitter. I snooped so I could see if he’s ever commented something about me and, oh girl, I wasn’t ready for that.

He called me “future girlfriend”;
Said I had an alcohol problem;
Let his friends call me bipolar and alcoholic;
Seemed too infatuated with me in a creepy way;
Said I cheated on him????
Saw me and my boyfriend on a date and stalked us so he could see what was going on.

After that, one of my friends started dating his best friend and found out more crazy shit about him lol. He told everyone we had a break up moment??? That NEVER happened. For fuck’s sake, we only had one date.

Today I see he is crazy and ugly. I’m so glad I dodged this bullet.

Edit: unfortunately he’s doing well, but I found out all his friends think he is cringy lol

A few years ago I bumped into the guy who cheated on me after a 9 years relationship. He looked gaunt and dishevelled like a junkie. He started whining that he hadn't been paid at work in 3 months and going on about how he's totally gonna be a rockstatlr someday (that was charming when he was 20, not so much at almost 40).

A narc who treated me like crap for a year before I finally saw reason and left sent me a letter a couple of years ago. None of his big work projects came true. At 33 years old he's still dicking around at university supported by his parents.

In the meantime, I got my phd, my career is going great, and I've been travelling the world as a digital nomad for almost a decade :)

He didn't get his so called startup off the ground, he went back to working for his dad that he hates, he's in his early thirties and his life has stagnagated for a decade now. His looks have hit the wall and are on the delcine, he's single as far as I know because he made an attempt to reconnect. 🤮 Anyway in comparison I succeeded in the course that he dropped out of and have a big job and opportunities he'll never have. He used to neg me that this course might be too hard for me but I've made it further than he ever thought I would. Proud of that.

Another ex in his late twenties is dating a 20 year old. Enough said.🤢 He's gained even more weight, dresses like a total bum and still smokes way too much pot. He still lives in the same shithole apartment with the single bed.

I crossed paths with one not too long before Covid hit, he had his current gf with him. She could have been my doppelganger, same hair, same body type, same general fashion, glasses like I used to wear when we were together. I had to hold in the giggles when I saw her. She seemed very intelligent too, as she was obviously annoyed with him all evening. I heard she dumped him weeks later.

And another married a woman, has two kids, and seems totally bland but fine. I feel for his wife, he was very much a dump-all-house-and-child-work-on-the-wife kind of guy.

NGL I was mad at this scrote because he ranted to me that he was tired of being expected to do the first move and wanted women to do that more. I've got some great stories about where my LVXs are now. I don't personally keep up with them, but it's a small world and people gossip.

I'll start with the most positive story: LVX1 was a drug addict with a tragic background. Victim of the Troubled Teen Industry. He went off the rails for a while, in and out of jail. He got sober, got a trade certification, and got married last I heard. Honestly, good for him. Dude was a mess; I didn't think he'd even live this long.

LVX2 was an egomaniac and a non-functional manchild who liked to brag about his IQ and thought he was God's gift to the world. Either can't hold down a job, or thinks he's too good to work like a pleb, possibly both. He spent several years couchsurfing/mooching, possibly still is. Still hasn't finished his degree. I guess all that "genius" didn't amount to much, lol.

LVX3 was an actual psychopath, and thought that made him cool. An alcoholic who got violent when he drank. Had other mental health problems, possibly substance-induced. He dropped out of college and moved back in with his parents. In a shocking turn of events nobody could have suspected, he was recently arrested for a violent crime. I legitimately worry this guy is gonna be a serial killer someday, if he isn't already.

By comparison, here's where my HVX is today: He got married to the ~~girl~~ woman - sorry, her family is friends with my family and I haven't seen her since we were kids, it's weird to think of her as a grown woman - after me and is pursuing a PhD at an Ivy League school. He got fat though.

College pickme me gave a short guy a chance. He seemed so smart and fun at the time. Made the mistake of dating him on and off for 7 years while waiting to get wifed. He was an insecure and sneaky mean narcissist and really ground down my self image. Finally got tired of him and left him for a much, much better man I met at work.

The ex finally graduated college after switching schools due to getting kicked out of the prestigious school where I had met him. Instead of getting the great Engineering job he had boasted about for so long, the best job he could do was a low level testing technician, where he remained until he died of cancer ten years later

I’m embarrassed to say that I did pull some professional and family strings and got him some great job interviews when he graduated college, that he managed to botch 😳

He never did find another girlfriend. I guess all the other women in his world were smart enough to see through his bullshit.

She sends me a follow request and I follow her back, just to see who tf she is. A few days later, she posts a pic of my LVX. I was like, daayumm who tf she is and how does she know BOTH of them ?

Turns out she is also a 19/20 year old, on and off relationship with my LVX. When I tried to ask who are you and all, she got super cocky 🤣 she was like, 'awww you left LVX and now dating this. I thought you had HIGH STANDARDS. What a downgrade. Such a pity"

I said then why are you on my bf's DMs, and she was like, "Only because he has got a nice body"😂🤣 guess you can't get a nice body if you date old NVMs 😂

My LVX is still dating 19/20 YOs and his life looks super chill on Instagram but I know what's behind all that. He would be crying and bitching about people he is hanging out with infront of me. One of my college boyfriends has now been married and divorced twice. The age of the women he dates has skewed ever lower as he ages, so I figure that he, a man in his early 40s, is probably engaged to a 20 year old now. (He's been engaged at least 4 times by now.)

A different ex, who was terrible at his job but blamed everyone else for it, was finally fired halfway through the pandemic. I have no idea what happened to him after that, but am still gleeful in an awful way. (I repeatedly encouraged him to find a new job when we were together, but he didn't listen.)

In college I dated a guy for a bit, but broke up with him because he played too many video games. Then he shit-talked me to the rest of our friend group, telling everyone how I ruined his life, how he missed me, how he had been in the process of trying to spend time with me and make me happy (yeah yeah yeah).

Later on he got cheated on at a party in front of his own eyes by the next girlfriend, got super depressed, and got rejected from all the jobs he applied to. I have no clue what he's doing now. It seems like our friend group from college has lost touch with him too since everyone told me he became irrelevant after I dumped him, and basically dropped off the face of the earth.

Meanwhile, I got a new car, new job, new dog, new (actually attentive) boyfriend, and travelled to 5 new countries (pre covid)! To be honest I'm not super satisfied at how shitty his life is in comparison to mine. It doesn't feel victorious to be doing so much better than someone that pathetic. I mostly feel bad for him, his life really sucks lol. But I'm so glad I dumped him early on!

My mums ex (my dad) really isn’t doing too well lol. They broke up about a decade ago. My mum worked hard, got a degree and became a lawyer. She also recently got a raise!

Meanwhile my dad hasn’t progressed and is saddled with two step children and a toxic wife. She doesn’t work and he’s lost a lot of money. Meanwhile I cut him off because of his toxic behaviour and my brothers getting more and more distant with him too.

Not anyone serious but honestly a very trashy man. Over 10 years older, but tried to act younger and play dumb like he didn’t know my age. Has been using drugs since high school and therefore a shit memory, so he prolly doesn’t even remember me. First question he asked on the phone was how old I was when I lost my virginity. He always had shit to say about his ex and how she immediately moved in and didn’t work or get a job or coMmuniCAte that she wanted to be a housewife. She would literally run on a treadmill with a tightlaced steel boned corset(very dangerous). I should’ve run but eventually I share with him something personal. Then he accuses me of lying and being manipulative, because once I said I have toxic traits I wanted to work on. Anyway so I decide to cut him out after that. Next thing I find out is that he has an only fans and has dropped out of school. He used to have this delusion where he thought his dick was objectively the biggest possible one could have naturally(we never had sex but I saw it and it wasn’t) and he also thought that he didn’t have a “dad bod”. So he’s not too successful on there. Anyway, I’m glad I didn’t accept his offer to move in because I’m pretty sure he would’ve just pimped me out and taken all the money to spend on drugs.
