I've read pretty much everything there is to read about the subject. I've done it for years. And before TRP, i also read about the traditional PUA. Also mostly nonsense. Red Pillers believe they have some type of super deep understanding about women and sexual strategy. To me it goes a bit like this:

Basic lifestyle common sense + Rudimentary understanding of evolutionaty biology + Bro Social Science + Wild generalizations about women and relationships + Universal truths based on personal anecdotes + Feel good ideologies for sexually frustrated men + Cult behaviour = The Red Pill.

It's pretty much it. The section of TRP ideology that can actually be useful is mostly just common sense. Taking good care of yourself, hitting the gym, eating healthy, being well groomed, investing in yourself. All these things have been common sense forever. It has nothing to do with TRP. You could read about it in magazines 30 years ago.

Aside from the basic common sense, you pretty much just have a group of guys that make wild generalizations based on their personal experiences and create all sorts of arbitrary rules about DO's and DONT's that have absolutely no scientific basics and can be as random as m&m's, and you have a bunch of other dudes that don't necessarily have the same experiences but just follow the leaders of the pack because they wanna get laid and think these guys are in possession of some sort of forbidden knowledge.

That's kind of the marketing appeal of TRP. They act like their methods are very scientific. They randomly spew half baked misrepresented biological facts about human nature to validate what they say. The reality is that it is mostly just empty theories. Nothing to back them up. A bunch of guys boasting about how well they do with women, but then again, they spend hours "teaching" other people how to get laid, in return for nothing. These are guys that are supposed to be well groomed, hit the gym, have a nice job, a lot of sex, a bunch of plates. And they still find time to write these long ass essays about seduction. I'm sorry, but something about that scenario is incredibly fishy.

A lot of universal truths, but absolutely no data to back them up. Zero. None. Also, no absolutely evidence that any of these guys is really successful with women. Just like the traditional PUA's, no real evidence of anything. Some used to film themselves picking up girls. A lot got caught paying girls for going along.
