I don’t want to chose a public male role model I want to chose my husband. He’s the man I chose to have kids with, because I think he’s the best male role model I have ever found or known. I wouldn’t recommend anyone be like any public figures I don’t know them personally and they could be anyone behind closed doors.

I can't think of anyone but conservative YouTuber Brett Cooper came to mind as a consideration. In the modern era her views are considered bigoted, (insert group here) -phobic or whatever but she seems wholesome with a good head on her shoulders and exercises fairness when approaching issues.

Obviously I don't expect anyone left of center to agree since the norm is so far-left nowadays. She isn't 'perfect' and hasn't done anything 'amazing' but she ticks off all my boxes for being good friend material, gf material, and wife material.

Tbh I don't think I know enough about public figures to give this type of advice. I guess the most likeable public figures that boys could look up to are Keanu Reeves, Tom Hanks...far more niche and Russian-speaking is a pop-science YouTuber that I like - TrashSmash, but then again I don't know him personally, I just admire his work. Steve Erwin? He seemed to be great and his family loves him dearly.

If we're allowed to include fictional characters - Aragorn, the main character and his father from "About time", uncle Iroh from Aang the Last Airbender.

But I think having good role models in your family, someone who you can actually talk to, is far more important.

Angela Merkel, is another great female role model.

Sandra Bullock too is also another great role model for women. Viola Davis too, and Angela Bassett. I would have also said Billie Ellish, but I knows she's contrversial at the moment, but despite her contreversy, she was a great female role model, and she has a unique unconventional style and view to life. She does her own thing, and has given to philantrophies.
