I don’t know who came up with that term, possibly red pillers, although I understand what the idea mean and the concept has always existed since the beginning of gender relations but when it comes to men learning to take more control over their dating lives, I think that term has created some sort of unnecessary obsession in men minds

We often get paranoid with wondering if we’re saying or doing the high value things, it’s like a damn chess game almost when things are supposed to be natural to a certain extent. I once heard a dating coach say to not let the woman make any decision on the first date location, if she makes any suggestion, brush it off and say “ maybe next time “. Now I understand the mentality behind it but my thing is what if she made a suggestion that I would also enjoy going to 😂? Or if she hasn’t slept with you by the third date, she doesn’t see you as high value, but what if she actually likes you but needed a bit more time ? Most dating coaches would say most womenare having sex with alpha guys on first dates in the bathroom of a club 😂 and so on with other examples

I don’t know, I juts think the whole value thing can sometimes hurt more than help when you internalize it too much
