In attempting to be a master communicator in a relationship, you run the risk of becoming someone who constantly just talks and talks when something is wrong, rather than actually following through and doing something about it. Many people will see this over-communication as a sign of weakness. Your attempts to negotiate a clearly bad situation will be seen as a willingness to tolerate a bad situation. A sign that you lack options and are going nowhere, no matter what.

It is the typical wishful thinking from leftist bluepillers, but that's just not how humans are. People respond more to your actions rather than your words, hence actions are more often a better conflict resolution tool than "communication." Worse still, bluepills have the tendency to frame swift actions as "toxic" and that talking is always best, but that's not how it's gone in my life personally. For example, in my experience, if a woman is getting really naggy and testy, an unfazed, blank stare directly in her eyes (aka a swift action) does way more to calm down the situation than me trying argue with her and talk her down (aka "communication"). The blank stare makes her realize she's the only one getting worked up and she calms herself down, whereas attempts to 'communicate' are what end up escalating the whole situation to a toxic state.
