TRP is an ideology that is a reaction to modern dating and feminism. There is legitimate reason for men to fall prey to this ideology. However like FDS, it is toxic in nature. I agree with your post that empathy and alternatives should be the reaction to FDS/TRP. Insulting people only hardens their positions.

I believe that most men in the TRP mean well. Their isolation and lack of affection leads to a disillusionment with modern dating. If you couple that with the harsh nature of dating apps, it makes sense that it leaves A LOT of men angry and demoralized. However, TRP exploits this. It offers half-truths along with hate ( in some cases) to offer a solution. Yes women don't want " nice" men. Emotionally healthy women want kind men, but genuinely kind men that have a personality. Being nice and expecting something in return isn't being kind. It's being manipulative. Also, being nice isn't a personality. Many grifters online charge thousands of dollars for advice from these exploited individuals. They are profiting from their misery and are not helping them with their problems.

I can go on about this for days. In short, being a red pilled " player" won't bring you happiness. It brings dopamine fueled highs that last moments. Once you orgasm, the high is over and the void that drove you to mindlessly pursue sex is still there.

It’s worrying to hear someone admit that they wouldn’t help someone who’s different from them. That indicates a lack of empathy. Are there childish women? Of course. There are childish men as well. But we all have negative personality traits. This doesn’t mean we are undeserving of basic respect or care from others. I don’t expect you to relate to this notion. But it’s important to realise that a community that lacks empathy and the desire to protect its members is unlikely to attract people with mature attitudes. So it’s a bit of a self fulfilling prophecy.

Views like these have a huge knock on effect. Your partner has a problem in a relationship? Oh well it's probably because she's a child and you know better than her. Better keep frame and manipulate her into understanding how wrong she is. It's robs women of all agency.

It also has a knock on effect on how women are viewed outside dating. Why would you ever put a woman in a leadership position if you hold the view that most women act like children?

And I know the common sentiment "oh but what women say they're looking for and what they actually want don't actually match up. Why shouldn't we treat them like children if they act like it?"

Unsurprisingly nobody has complete, 100% self awareness. People act like this trait is unique to women when men do it all the time. For example the classic case where a guy thinks he's into a girl but then sex happens and after they're not really feeling it anymore? Why is this not labelled childish behaviour?

TRP (like FDS) seeks to exploit current inequality and double standards in dating and society to their own benefit. They're both antagonistic and self-serving, it's no surprise that the opposite sex tends to hate them, respectively.

I think we could do a lot better.

These ideas will never work because when they get popularized, all it takes is the awareness of those strategies by the people you're attempting to exploit to outright avoid these techniques and people who exhibit the traits associated with then, thus another shift, breeding more resentment between men and women.

I don't hate TRP, I just have contempt for anyone following their philosophy. To me, the philosophy is reactive. It claims that it knows the truth about women (it doesn't) and that puffs itself up as a solution to some evil conspiracy where all women banded together and decided to fuck only 10% of guys who are total Chads - ripped, rich and above 6'. It constantly contradicts itself by saying that any woman above a 3 rides the cock carousel and has gang bangs every other weekend, but at the same time those gangbangs are for Chads only. Because the whole premise of TRP is telling guys who need some help with women that they're are all mostly sluts hypnotized by some societal feminine conspiracy. They tell us that women are hypergamous and only sleep with the top 20% of men (whatever that means).

Most women aren't resource extractors (the way trp describes) or suck at relationships. If you can't sleep with her, you're not attractive enough to her. If she can't stick around for the long term, you're both not compatible enough.

You assume here that men in TRP have found the way. No, maybe they ARE failing miserably when employing some of their tactics. It's at least possible, right?

And yes, I've always imagined these men floundering around with their limp helicopter dicks accomplishing fuck all with women (aside from maybe harassment and time-wasting). Yes, I believe lots of their theories are, in fact, valid. But to varying degrees. Lots of RP dudes paint women like Jews you'd see on Nazi propaganda posters - an exaggerated version of stereotypes that MAY hold some truth.

I've met a few RP dudes irl as well, and lots of 'em are bitter. It's why I'd prefer the pickup community any day vs RP.

However, in my experience, RP strategies work especially well for women in the 18-25 range; not really educated or go for degrees like sociology, arts, or some other BS degree; are ADHD as fuck; and are indeed superficial.

Women want to enjoy a big advantage in the SMP. They do not want average guys learning to "level up" they want the guys who were already "levelled up".

To a woman, a guy who needed TRP to level up is a lesser man than a man who didn't.

Examples:

It’s simply not true that if redpill assumptions about women are wrong, those women aren’t harmed. Having to constantly deal with bad behavior from men to prove you “aren’t that kind of girl,” is exhausting and insulting, men pursing stupid strategies instead of actually working on themselves means there are fewer eligible men, and the myths about society TRP spreads (like deadbedrooms just mysteriously happen in the passive voice, marriage is a scam for men, family courts are biased against men) becoming popular can make it harder for women to get married or advocate for changes in the way things are run that would benefit us (see: family courts. They’re awful in many ways, but women who critique them are often slapped down and told they are super privileged by these courts when they aren’t).

I don't do shit like that, I act with dignity when not in the presence of my BF, I don't say/act in any way he wouldn't be comfortable with if he was around

And if I'm not satisfied with the amt of sex I'm having it feels bad but I don't pressure him for it or subliminally threaten to leave him for someone else. Also I disagree with these tips in general about attracting women. Like my boyfriend isn't in shape at all and I'm constantly all over him.
