The biggest adaptation that's available to men hasn't been tried yet.

Dating is a negotiation and many women have entered that negotiation saying "I don't need you" to men...and raising standards, etc to get more leverage in the negotiation. So men are sitting at a rigged negotiation table.

What men should do is cast more judgment on the value that women bring to the table. Example: Criticize the use of makeup as phony, cartoonish, and a way for women to artificially inflate their beauty. If tomorrow every woman in the world had to wear their real faces just like men, less men would be enamored with the women in their orbits. Suddenly, women would be less attractive than they market themselves to be and therefore less valuable in the dating market. And they would be more self conscious too. You can apply the same critique to all the other fake shit that women indulge in to artificially enhance their beauty. Call it out, criticize it, reject it.

A lot of the young men I know don’t want a partner, I don’t think taking some time to discover yourself, have fun, maybe travel, progress in work, sleep around is failure. I think the level of desperately lonely men is overepresented on the internet (not saying it isn’t an issue, but I don’t think every man in that 60% isn’t choosing to be single)

I mean, it is 2023. You can do whatever your heart desires and find an online community for it. Women want men, men want women. Women used to need men and now they don't so the bar is higher. Women are seeming to be fine with being the fun auntie. A lot of us live in industrialized nations. Which means more focus on individuality. People want to travel, vacation, invest, pick up hobbies they are passionate about and enjoy what they want to without obligation to family or children. This is going for both men and women.

I think this might be one of the most honest times in dating. Which is hurting a lot of people. To get into a relationship you must really be wanted. Because casual sex is out there for people who want something without strings attached, and people again are more stingy with their time and who they spend it with.

If you're a young man and you find yourself becoming more jaded and jaded like so many in these spaces. I implore you to get out of these spaces. Go get in shape, get financially stable, grow your social circle, go communicate with more people, find some hobbies you're truly passionate about, and start taking yourself on dates. Go to the fancy spot in town you've been meaning to try. Go sit at the bar and enjoy your own company. It's difficult, but the relationship you have with yourself is mad important. Work up the nerve to go introduce yourself to some women you find pretty. Or go and donate your time to non profits and meet people that way.

Just the last thing I assume you should be doing in engaging with pill/manosphere spaces. These places are just crabs in a bucket. Pulling each other down.

In my late teens and early 20s my lack of success with women really got me down. Spent a lot of effort on my social skills, fashion, and the gym, but it made little noticeable difference.

As I have gotten a little older and little more mature, I have made peace with this, and have cultivated a lifestyle that I find fulfilling and satisfying.

I have a great career that pays highly, a great relationship with my family and hobbies that I get great enjoyment out of - and I feel genuine gratitude for that. Life isn’t perfect, but through sheer effort I have managed to construct something I can be happy with.

In that sense I guess you can say I have adapted.

Because by evolution, the following rule is basic.

"The better adapted tend to successfully reproduce and their offspring is better tailored to deal with the enviroment we live in"

So the evolution happening is most of the men that are struggling will fail to reproduce and die off, while the "chads" or just men who manage to get women and children, will have genetic future.

So those men may adapt and do as you suggest, but they will never truly like it, nor it will ever be the norm, simply because none of these sexually unsuccessful men reproduce, and thus it will never be in their genes to not have reproduction urges with women, i believe the homosexuals are largely a genetic improbability that somehow your brain was wired differently, like a bug in the system, this is why it seems like 1-2% are a gay or some stat like that, which would correlate with the chances of a genetic mutation.

As such, men are more likely to murder, steal, commit atrocities, invade other tribes (looking at you Passport Bros), lock women up, R word, than to ever commit to a strategy which doesn't allow them to reproduce or have children.

Because even if men did it, they would never have children, and thus evolution couldn't do it's job of adapting men to not need women, because as a basis women are required for evolution.

Considering that stats also show similar percentages of young men and women married/cohabiting and the numbers evening out in older age groups, the gap is likely due to men just being a few years behind women, not Chad having multiple wives or live-in partners. If a guy would rather not bother with relationships that’s valid. But sexual orientation isn’t a choice.lol I mean unless you’re bisexual and choose to just date men.
