If you were so loud that a neighbor was able to record you through the walls, and obtain a recording clear enough so that your employer could hear every word you say, then it is not a matter of “privacy”. You made your disgusting racism eeeeveryone’s business.

My partner is in a racial minority and I’d never, under any circumstances, think of calling him a racial slur, even more so during an intimate act. The thought of disrespecting him like that is just unimaginable.

Do these people really just move on after such play that involves racial slurs? I went to conference about diversity in literature once and this one dude kept popping up during the Q&A to offer his opinions, "as a white man married to a black woman." He was finally told to sit down and stop interrupting. It was awful and uncomfortable for everyone.

My best friend used to have a neighbor like this. He was an ugly scrote who had multiple (possibly paid) women coming to his place for deliberately loud sex. He seemed to get off on the fact that other people could hear him. He also made sure to name drop his employer and salary on at least one occasion (bruh. You aren’t making that much, if you’re still living in a cheap-ass apartment in the middle of the woods).

Assuming this isn’t made up, i think the employer was right to let him go. As much as i hate cancel culture (because it’s usually the wrong people getting cancelled, while the ones who should be cancelled still have public favor), this guy’s firm apparently needs to maintain some kind of “diverse” image, and having a guy who’s publicly known for getting off on racially demeaning WOC associated with them (where he works seems to be common knowledge) would be damaging to their image. If he wanted to avoid this, he should have kept his gross sex life to himself, and not bragged to people about where he works.

If women have to accept that they’ll be barred from getting an office job or even opening a checking account because they’ve had to resort to sex work to make ends meet, then men can face consequences for their public image, too.
