Record EVERYTHING, that's what I had to do and believe me it will save you, because the entire system is stacked against men.

I kept my phone in my pocket 100% of the time, I had a decent record app and it recorded audio all the time. 100% if the time. If you don't want to use your phone get one of those little recorders for meetings etc. Or if she's really sketchy get a hidden recorder they make necklaces etc.

It takes a minute to get used to it but save files regularly. As soon as something happens, save file, start a new one. I didn't need any video but I took alot of photos as well, like your laptop and TV, it helps build a case. Bro, get out, get out properly though. My friend, please, for your own sake find a way to record/document her behavior!! And do it now! I was on the receiving end of an abusive ex like this, and the moment I made her aware that I was ending the relationship she began threatning to go to the police and lie. So PLEASE, document, document, document before you tell her it's over.
