Discussion : AmI the only one who notices women hide their partner on social media more than men?

I am totally willing to concede this isn’t a globally correct phenomena, but, admittedly from my own observations of women I know, girls tend to for instance have way less photos of them and their partner, whilst the boyfriends profile picture often tends to be him and her.

If my girlfriend had a profile picture that was just her looking very attractive and mine was of the both of us I’d feel a bit weird.

Sometimes it feels as if women are hiding the fact they’re in a relationship or are at the very least less invested. I mean there are girls I know with boyfriends whose social media profile would leave you with only the impression they were very single.
