I was got the divorce finalized in feb 2023 on her request. She asked for certain things and I gave it to her. She let me have most of the assets and full custody of our two daughters. The judge gave her 90 days to leave but she changed her mind and felt guilty leaving her kids, she made a bad choice, she knew that she really fucked up and made a quick decision. Common law is not recognized where I live and this is important bcs we still live together, actually she lives in my house legally bcs I cashed her out . Our relationship is way better than before to be honest. She wanted to get back to be married on paper again but I refused. However, we can still have a good relationship and the law doesn’t need to get involve anymore. We are having sex way more often. Our finances r separate but we take good care of our daughters.
