Every single time I hear about a trans issue the words "genocide" and "suicide" are plastered everywhere because whether you admit it or not, the prevailing message is "give me what I want or I'll kill myself".

Denying surgery? You can't do that they'll kill themselves. Denying hormones to a teenager with the mental capacity of you guessed it a teenager? You can't do that they'll kill themselves. Trans women sexually denied in clearly intended cis-lesbian spaces? You can't do that they'll kill themselves if they don't feel like they fit in (your pussy).

Spend ten seconds on social media and you will see everything under the sun showing how mentally off the vast majority of MTF are and I say that as someone who's bi and has dated plenty.

War is hell . I saw a lot of really disturbing things in Iraq,Afghanistan, Syria and other must not be mentioned Islamic countries. I highly edit a lot of what I post because it would definitely be NSFW .

I saw things the Taliban and ISIL did to villages that fought back or refused to help them.

The things that in particular ISIL did to captives was repulsive. Lets say when we rescued hostages unless a intelligence agency from the US or other NATO countries asked nicely. For prisoners . We did not leave any ISIL alive. Part of my job after securing the site was to collect information. We would grab entire computers , any USB drives CDs , phones clothing even DNA samples.

One day a CIA officer asked me to watch a video and ID a target I had removed .

I was not prepared for what I saw . It was depraved beyond imagination.

After getting ambushed and severely wounded while one of my guys brains were splattered on me . I finished my so I could discharge with a full pension and benefits. Driving a desk which I despise .

I would not wish the messed up stuff you see in combat on anyone. It can really screw with you man’s inhumanity towards each other.

I personally don’t know any Trans people. My niece is a psychiatric nurse practitioner. She has treated trans people. They go through a lot of awful things. Bullying is one of the most severe . Thry have serious psychological problems. Imagine your entire family rejecting you . Being assaulted for existing . Sexual harassment or abuse . They usually do not do anything to attract attention or put themselves where they are at risk

. There’s unfortunately a number of people in the trans community that seek out attention especially negative attention . They too have serious problems . They are a different topic.

Humans, including women can be incredibly cruel. Some of the worst cases of bullying and abuse are committed by women. The emotional and psychological damage can leave permanent damage. Unlike the barely noticeable scars I have . You cannot see the damage of emotional and psychological abuse.

No one deserves to be treated the way some people , trans, disabled, mentally ill , and veterans are . No one asked to be so fucked up by abuse and bullying which can easily become violent that suicide seems like the best option .

Some of the worst abuse, bullying and psychological, emotional abuse is committed by supposedly caring empathic , compassionate women.

I have seen that , my niece csn confirm that she sees some of the sick shit people do to each other. Which os why in most state medical licensing agencies require mental health professionals see a psychologist themselves.

Men do not have to worry about not getting a certain promotion or job due to their gender. Men throughout the ages have enjoyed the luxury of being leaders of societies while women have always been in the background, recently that is changing but not quite there yet. Men don’t have to deal with things like periods and having to pay for basic health needs during that very painful time of the month. Men also get to feel fairly safe when walking at night or walking anywhere in general. If a man drives poorly people won’t say ‘it’s because he’s a man’. Yes. Some of the ones I’m talking about are clearly women, defend women only, hate against men, or will even use “we” and basically don’t seem to put much effort in hiding it. (3) the person performs, induces, or attempts the abortion in a manner that, in the exercise of reasonable medical judgment, provides the best opportunity for the unborn child to survive unless, in the reasonable medical judgment, that manner would create:

(A) a greater risk of the pregnant female's death; or

(B) a serious risk of substantial impairment of a major bodily function of the pregnant female.

Attempt means nothing. This entire stance on suicide is women’s mental gymnastics to fight for victimhood.

Suicide isn’t hard, it’s actually one of the easiest life-changing decisions one can make. There’s literally countless ways to 1000% end your life without a shadow of a chance of surviving it. It’s not rocket science to figure it out either, meaning if someone REALLY wanted to leave this earth, they would not give an iota of a fuck about what their body looked like afterward, how people felt, or how “scary” it was to do so.

I say this as someone who has an entire family and friends with families with histories of mental health issues, multiple women in my family have attempted suicide and each one noted they did not want to die halfway through; the men I know who have attempted suicide succeeded—because they wanted to die more. Edit: also, as absolutely cold as this may sound, one of those women I am to this day very close with and care for—with that said there’s simply no other way of saying this, she attempted suicide for attention.

I also say this as someone who was also suicidal, if you are “picky” over how you want to end your life because you’re afraid of guns or something then that means you still have a fear of death and if it’s that strong to compel you to avoid more definitive ways to kill yourself, you simply… don’t want to die as much as you think. I wasn't invalidating the experience of men.

I was saying that men are suffering AND causing suffering, so your use of violent crime is more nuanced than it is an invalidation or counterpoint to the discussion of sexual assault. There's so much more than just saying "oh but men are victims of violent crimes more than women so we suffer more." Even sexual assault towards men is more often to be done by other men, though the statistics are debatable since there's a lot of shame towards men assaulted by women.

Point is: there's no point comparing the suffering and instead it makes more sense to understand the intricacies of the contexts and what value can be derived from it. Men suffer. Women suffer. Instead of acting like one is more suffering than the other, I think we should use it as a way to connect.

Women say that they hate men because they sexually assault, but then don't recognize that men are also hurt by other men. Even the patriarchy as a concept doesn't often benefit many men in the modern contexts in that the standards or expectations of men are also hurtful and make life difficult towards men.

You talk about low IQ answers when you simplify things too much and don't include nuances to the problems mentioned to the point that you didn't see that I was actually supporting the overall point that men suffer too.

For the trans point: There are also a lot more porn categories and social groups (often built around said porn categories) for MTF than for FTM, and the hormones aren't as damaging for MTF as it is for FTM. I've seen real time the "horny to MTF pipeline". Those would explain the higher trans rate. The higher suicide rate for MTF is likely a combination of patriarchy punishing gender non conformity as a threat to the status quo and the high rates of MTF committing sex abuse crimes and going to prison, because it makes them look more like predators and throws the harmless MTF under the bus.

For dating: You get to think the grass is greener on the other side all you like. There is nothing I can say to tell you that you're wrong because that is purely a biased opinion. Likewise, I can't tell you the thirst is worse. All both of us can say is that what our sex goes through sucks.

Mental Health: Men belittle mental healthcare and call it "soft science" = Men don't go into social science fields of study = social science fields of study lack male perspectives = social science can't help men as much = men belittle mental healthcare, etc... It's true that mental healthcare isn't so good for men, but it's basically an issue caused by men. Men also treat sex workers and their wives like therapists because they expect therapy is just about venting your problems and not actually changing your mentality, so even when men go to mental health care, often they get little out of it because they choose not to get anything out of it.

You’re probably on to something about autism and trans being linked. However I think autism (similar to ADHD) is massively under diagnosed in females and presents a bit differently. Girls are socialized to mask a lot more from a young age. It wasn’t until my oldest was diagnosed with autism level 1 that I began reading and took some online tests (not the most reliable I know) but I scored in the autism range for lack of empathy and need for OCD-like rituals. I also have a lot of sensory issues that only in hindsight I recognized as being atypical.

You’re also correct about the suicide rate. Physicians have one of the highest rates of suicide among professionals, not because being a doctor is so hard but rather because they know the most lethal and effective means of completing suicide. I wonder if you adjusted suicide rate by firearm ownership/access, if the gender imbalance would disappear?

Autigender - that’s fascinating. I present currently as hyperfeminine though as an adolescent I was really androgynous looking (short hair, husky, baggy clothes) and was teased a lot because of it in middle school. I almost feel like I wear my gender as a mask because I’m treated better if I’m perceived as conventionally attractive. I’ve spent quite a lot of time and money on looksmaxing and I find that people are generally much more pleasant with me. So it’s almost like a shield for me to look traditionally feminine and pretty but I don’t feel that my quintessential self is female. I don’t feel that my essential being is masculine either tbh though. I think I would be the same core person if my brain was transplanted in the body of a man. I’m not saying that gender dysphoria doesn’t exist to be clear, just that for me personally I don’t have a strong internal attachment to my gender.

I’m pretty much the same way but in a male body. I spent a long time wondering if I’m trans but I also came to the conclusion I’d be the same if I were in a female body.

I tried for a long time to be outwardly masculine because that’s what society says I have to be. When I act how my brain says to act, people get a read on me that says “feminine” and therefore “gay”. But I have always been attracted to women which confuses people.

I responded to a comment today that rubbed me the wrong way saying “autistic men should suppress all symptoms in they want to date women” and “no one wants autistic people to be themselves” and it made me sad because it’s true — the social pressure to conform to the gender binary is very strong and hard to resist. But ultimately it’s healthier for autistic people to be themselves.
