Take it from someone who is relatively young but finds older women attractive. I'm talking about women around 40. They're still cute, no doubt about it. But they're completely stuck in the past. While many women in their 20s still have this "he is my ex for a reason" attitude toward previous relationships the 40 year old ones usually tie their identity to the guy(s) they dated in the past. It even isn't so much about the guy himself that would be so special, but because of the life-stage in which she experienced novelty with. She was young and full of life at that point. Its basically a coming of age 2.0 and whoever was fucking he in that period she will never get over. I kinda understand why single, childless, less experienced men would want someone younger.
