Most mean really don’t “lower their standards” we figure out a long time ago that even tho we find models and celebrities hot, we aren’t going to get with s model or celebrity, but that’s ok. That doesn’t mean we are settling for the women around that we are still attracted to and can get with. (Turns out they also figured out they aren’t getting with models and celebrities either).

The ones that feel, for whatever reason, that what they want is what they deserve! Will either put in the work to try and get it, Or fail. Or (more likely) not actually try to put in the work and continue to not get what they want. And complain. A lot. Mostly online cause IRL people are tired of hearing about it.

It is likely that increasing your standards will narrow down the dating poll for you, but not in a positive way. The only men who can have standards for women like women have for men are those in the top 10%, i.e. chads and top earners.

Majority of men cannot afford to be picky and will usually take what they can get within reasonable limits. On top of that, there is a good chunk of men who are really desperate for any kind of female interaction.

Men will always thirst more for women than vice versa, and that will never change. If it wasn't for that, platforms like OnlyFans would never have that big of a success as they have now. Modern age provides tools for women to control dating market with ease and there is an abundance of men in the waiting line.

The game is rigged and you can't do much about it. Either play or drop out (like many are doing right now).

Only 12.2% of women 5'2-6'0 tall in america are childless, unmarried and thin (not overweight or obese), so 7/8 women fail to meet the lowest standards imaginable. If I were to raise my standards further, there would be practically no one who would qualify.

Men cannot really have many standards because they are competing with better men with no standards at all. Women realized this and began to counter with 30 day rules and 90 day rules and men had to respect it.

But men countered by withholding commitment from women and they simply dated multiple women in varying stages of the 90 day rule

Then this got fast tracked to the "hook up era" popularized by jersey shore and reality tv where everyone could just stop worrying about labels and just "go with the flow" 90 day rules were seen as archaic and prudish and it was more trendy to be "DTF"

hookup culture was then streamlined by dating apps such as tinder and thats where men began losing leverage

because now women werent DTF for the average guy, they were focusing on the absolute cream of the crop studs because if it wasnt long term then they had no reason to care about the average guys other qualities. They just wanted a stud for the same reason a guy seeks out the hottest girl.

This flipped the market on its ASS. And to add to this, women started demanding that men come out of pocket in order to keep their attention in the short and long term. Cashapps were added to social media bios, and it became common for guys to simply oblige.

So now you have average guys who arent getting any interest because they arent studs and also dont have the finances to "pay to play" so now you have the introduction of incels which eventually coincided with the red pill movement, essentially bashing women and portraying them as less than to appeal to a market of sexually frustrated men who no longer had leverage in the dating market.

So now here we are. Buyers and sellers in an overinflated market on the verge of a crash, possibly in need of a government intervention.

Most men do have pretty high standards actually. This forum doesnt reflect real life. In the real world men do have a list of things they expect from women (and some men dont even meet most of those expectations themselves) Most expect women to work now, the world is different and truly traditional men are actually very rare now. In my social circle a woman who does not have a decent job is not considered wife material.

More men are not getting married and ending up single by choice so I think a certain % are doing what you are saying. People in general are less likely to get married now and stay single by choice.

There are still too many simps do i admit, but the great thing about gender dynamics is that you dont need all men or even majority of men to change them. 20-30 percent not marrying, not cohabiting and definitely not reproducing is enough to cause serious damage to our economy. And we are already there. It will take time however, 2 or 3 decades perhaps.

The good news is that current gender dynamics are completely unsustainable, for economic reasons first and foremost. But dont expect change to happen tomorrow. It will take time. So keep going overseas my brothers, enjoy sex workers, porn and ai. Always remember as bad as being lonely is, being with the toxic, modern women is a lot worse, you will still be lonely and suffer in many other ways on top of it.

Even in Indian community in USA virgin requirement in there for many Indian women, and its a very lucrative position to be wife of an Indian husband as Indian community tend to be middle to Upper Middle class with very strong family structures and social status.
