It's not that simple. Promiscuos women are also more likely to be sexually adventurous and are more likely to have sex early. Many men, especially sexually experienced men, won't even consider a woman that might agree to missionary only after a minimum of 6 months of a commited relationship. If they're not having sex after a couple dates he moves on, and if she does have it early, than she's had it with other men before.

You can't negotiate attraction. Some things about men give women the "ick". Women often can't explain or rationalize why they feel a certain way about a man they're dating.

When it comes to a woman who's had lots of different sexual partners, it's a similar dynamic for men. We can't exactly explain why but it's just gross to us. It also gives the impression you would cheat in the relationship. A woman who's lifestyle is having casual sex with a different man every weekend, won't be able to change her ways if a good man enters her life.

It's an unfair double standard, but you can't negotiate attraction. In general, men don't respect or trust women that are too promiscuous.

Men are worried that experienced women might have a tricky clutch and will quickly realize that they aren’t a very good driver. They prefer the comfort of a new automatic where they can toodle around town, wave to their friends from the drivers seat, make race car noises and never really have to risk getting a flat during a qualifying heat.

Women don’t want to take chances on men with learners permits who will just grind her gears, jerk her back and forth repeatedly, stall out on hills, over correct on curves and end up seizing the engine through lack of lubrication.

The word you’re looking here is “experience.”

I don’t agree that this is a strictly gendered divide, but yeah, the mindset in considering partners between someone who wants someone with some experience and someone who wants an ‘entry-level’ partner is huge.

It probably has something to do with whether that person thinks the attributes that make someone a good partner/spouse/lover/whatever are inherent qualities or skills you develop with practice.

If you don’t know much about the girl, I’m not sure how promiscuity goes into dating decisions. If you feel like she’s just been dating for 10 years then perhaps. That’s more she’s not relationship material or has a character flaw.

A woman’s promiscuity is circumstantial to the situation and the guy. I have 3 friends and we were in stretches of dating, I would ask how many girls hookup the first date, range was 50-70%. Then there was a couple of chads on this sub that said 90%+ within a few hours. I’m at about 60% hookup going on around 150 first dates, 90% by the 3rd date.

If you know 3 other guys that can get dates whenever and girls will just go on dates and immediately hookup. What does this say about women? They do what they want, if opportunity says hookup to get his attention or they just want to, most girls will do it. I’m not saying this is bad, this is my only known experience for myself and guys I know that can get dates regularly.

The time I’ve considered promiscuity is actually the opposite. If a girl isn’t being passionate says I need to wait and we’ve gone on 5 dates. I need to examine this situation and consider. Would she just hook up with Chad immediately if she had the chance? Is she stringing you because she sees you as a beta or 3rd option? The answer is usually yes and I stop taking her out.
