I'm newer to this space and caught Kevin Samuel's 6 pronged explanation of what a high value man that women want is. (6 figure income, accepted by a group of other high value men, have earned that 6 figure income over the course of five years, hold high societal status etc.). As a guy, it honestly doesn't sound that appealing to live a life like that. I just started making six figures and you make that amount of money, you're going to have to work for it for at least 60 hours a week to start, sometimes up to 80 at crunch time. Throw in the needing to be useful to your professional and social circle, that means your phone and social media constantly needs attention and maintenance and seems like something that would cause total burnout after a few years.

And why do men want this? For access to a lot more pussy? It seems the novelty of that would wear off rather quickly. Dealing with one girlfriend you're gonna have to pay the "boyfriend tax" and (using women's terminology) you'll be required to "provide emotional labor" to just that one girl. Even if the girls you are hooking up with only require half that effort, you're still working twice as hard if you have four girls in your rotation. To me that just seems like saddling yourself with other people's bullshit to your own detriment

Personally, access to more sex isn't appealing enough to me to try and fit into that mold. I'm average and I'm perfectly happy there. I'm perfectly happy with my 1800 Sq feet and Volkswagen Jetta and my hobbies. The prospect of sex doesn't sway me to want to be something I'm not. So I'm wondering how many men are attracted to the idea of being that man, and how many people actually want to put in the time, effort, and sacrifice to be that kind of man? Is the prospect of more pussy really that enticing to make you put all that extra social responsibility on your back?
